Pretty Terrible

“This couch is not at all worth the price. We purchased this couch a month ago and within a week we regretted this decision. It looks nice if you reposition the cushions every 5 minutes. The cushions don't stay in place at all. We wish we would have continued our search because now we're stuck paying on a couch that we don't like. If someone could figure out the cushion issue it could probably be a decent couch.”

“Terrible! This is a cheap couch. I’ve had it less than 6 months and the fabric separates at the seems, the cushions don’t properly fit and slide out of place and I can feel the wood frame under them. I previously had an Ashley couch for years that l loved but the quality has totally gone downhill. I will think twice before ever ordering from this company again.”

“Cushions break down quickly so if you lay across the couch you can feel the wooden support pieces digging into you. Had a board break that required one section to be replaced. Now the chase squeaks. All this, and it's only two years old.”

Not holding up well after 4 months

“The sectional looks good and color is perfect, but fabric is poor quality as well as the cushions. Received this sectional more than a month after purchase and have had it for four months. The fabric snags easily and the fabric is prone to pilling (Lint balls). Very disappointed in the quality of fabric and cushion material. The cushions are sagging after 4 months and the sectional looks older than it actually is. Very disappointed in the product, will be seeking to use the warranty.”

“Disclaimer: I’ve only had this couch for about a week. I also don’t have kids (aside from the occasional nephew visit). This is a couch for two adults and two cats. Also, my old couch was a $500 sofa bed from IKEA, so… take that for what you will.
This couch is amazing. As soon as I sat on it in the showroom, I knew it had to be mine. I got the right-arm facing version in smoke. After it was delivered and set up by the Ashley crew, it quickly got the seal of approval from all four of us (kitties and humans alike)—plus lots of compliments from the guests we’ve hosted so far.
It looks fantastic in my living room and has tons of seating space. You can lounge whatever way you want, and there’s still a ton of room for family and guests to join in too. It’s soft, the pillows are plush, and the chaise! I lay on it every night playing my Switch. It’s a dream of a couch and at a great price point too.
Can’t say how it’ll hold up over time, but it does come with a great warranty that I plan to exploit as necessary. The only thing I don’t like that much is the chaise cushion can slide a little bit, but not too much. And it’s super easy to push back into place.”

“I bought the sectional 2 weeks ago for a great deal! It was marked down plus the Presidents’ Day say price. Shipping time was fast and easy. I paid the extra $150 to be delivered and set up in my home thinking there was going to be a lot of recycling, the couch wasn’t even wrapped in anything. I was a bit nervous that it wouldn’t fit through my front door. But it did just fine. Make sure your door way is at least 32”. The couch is a bit firm, but I’m okay with that, knowing it will soften overtime. It also does have a “new” smell odor, but I sprayed it with downy scent beads and water.”

“We love the shape, style, and color of the Ballinasloe. However, we are coming up on a year of owning it and we are constantly having to reposition it in place due to the 3 pieces shifting and causing the couch to look lopsided/uneven. The cushions need to be readjusted daily as they tend to shift away from the couch frame. If those issues were addressed- the couch would be amazing, but the constant readjusting/realigning/repositioning is frustrating.”

“I love the couch the color and the size but sadly after a year and half the couch is ripping at different seems. I have the warranty which I’ll be using but I’m disappointed in the quality of holding up.”

“Great couch for the price! The platinum color is a perfect gray color! Not too light and not charcoal gray. It is very firm at first but does break in pretty quickly! Only thing I don’t like is that the cushions are not very deep & the chaise is just long enough for me sitting down and I am 5’2. If you are tall, your feet will hang off the chaise.”
