They need either a thicker mattress or check how its put together.

“The pullout bed is very uncomfortable, you can feel the bars right thru the mattress. Not sure if they put something together wrong but I'd be embarrassed to have guests sleep on it.”

“Was worried cause it was ordered sight unseen. Read reviews on piece and decided to order sleeper. Sofa very soft and firm like I wanted it and the sleeper is comfortable. Extremely happy with it! Good quality.”

“Sturdier than I expected, which is great. Fabric is almost a microsuede, very velvety feeling. Color is a deep charcoal. Husband was impressed with the quality. Very happy buying this without actually seeing it in person.”

“And we couldn’t be happier. The sleeper is comfortable, the couch is comfortable, firm, and we love the granite color. We’ve had it about two weeks and want to go back and thank our salesperson for selling us on this sight unseen. We love lounging on it and feel that it’s made of quality materials. We are looking forward to when we can host guests as we now have plenty of seating and a good sleeper if they decide to stay over.”
