“DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY. Couches are falling apart after 1.5 years. Because I didn't buy the extended warranty they wont honor their 100% satisfaction guarantee. Shouldn't couches last more than 1.5 years? We do not have kids that live at home so they can't say wear and tear. DISGUSTED”

“It is beautiful & I wish I could love it but the quality of the cushions are HORRIBLE & cheap. I have only had the sectional for 3 days and you can see how the cushions will not rebound. I will now have to invest in quality high density foam.”

“So I was originally in love with the Rawcliffe but was hesitant bc of the light color. I went in to the store and saw the ottoman that went to this and knew I had to have it.
the couch is comfortable and extremely soft. The color definitely looks more of a blue/grey color than Charcoal like claimed. The legs that screw into the bottom are PLASTIC!!! I was shocked, especially for the price. they claim "faux wood" but they are straight up plastic. the other down fall is the stuffing on the inside of the back cushions isn't in one of those liner bags so u would have to remove all the stuffing piece by piece if u wanted to wash the backs. other than the things listed the couch is beautiful and I love it. I just need to find liner bags for the cushions and pray the plastic legs don't break!”

NO INNER CASES ON BACK CUSHIONS

“I liked this sectional until I tried to wash the cushion coverings. The bottom cushions were fine, but of the 6 back cushions, only 2 had an inner case holding the filler/stuffing. The other 4 back cushions just had the filling loose inside the case. I had to get large trash bags to put the filling in while the cases were being washed. Putting it back in was a real chore trying to get spread out evening so it looked like the other 2 that had the inner case. For this kind of money, I would have expected better quality control. Very disappointing.”

“The back cushions do not hold up their shape. Also there isn’t a bag liner in the inside of the back cushions so you remove the covers without compromising the shape of the back cushions even more when trying to pull all of the fluff out. This is a very expensive couch. I would expect more and better quality honestly. Also, the ottoman - don’t get it. The middle of it sinks. We purchased the warranty and that was a joke. They won’t replace any of the cushions. I gave it two stars because the size is huge and deep, and fabric is very soft.”

“I have had mine for about 2 years now. The cushions started sagging after 3 months and I had to start putting things under the cushions to prop them up. The ottoman is big enough that it should have a storage compartment in the center.”

“Seat cushions suck. I’ve had this (three piece) for 3 years and there is no more “cush” in the cushion. I’m not a large man, 200lbs. It’s only my wife and I. When I sit down, I go directly to the box spring. Buyer beware. It does not hold up well.”
