Not worth money

“Bought this couch a yr ago. Already have had to have the cushions replaced and the back cushions reshuffled. And after 2 months, they are already broke down and uncomfortable. So disappointed. Ashley should exchange these couches. Fabric holds up well but that is it.”

“I’d probly give this couch 3.5 stars and my husband would give it 5 so I’ll give it 4 officially. It is mostly comfortable unless you get stuck sitting on a crack and then it’s very uncomfortable. We’ve only had it a few months so i cannot speak to how it will hold up. It was very uncomfortable when we first got it but it has since gotten more comfortable as we have sat in it and it has been broken in a little. It doesn’t look as grey as the photos. I would call it more like a slate grey or even a navy blue grey. It leans more into the blue than I like and am having a hard time deciding how to decorate with it because I really like to add color with things like pillow cases or curtains that can be changed more frequently/seasonally. I kind of regret this purchase but the husband loves it so it’s not the worst.
It is absolutely massive and comes with a million pillows. The size is great for when we have company over. And it is comfortable enough. The amount of pillows is ridiculous. They are huge and too firm for my liking. I would have loved to get the ottoman to go with it. But it is also massive and we just don’t have that kind of room in the space it’s in.”

“Only things soft on the sofa are the cushions, the rest just feels like fabric over wood. Very disappointing.”

Waste of money

“I purchase this sectional 1/2023 I already had to have the cushions replaced & yet again I need them replaced it’s very saggy. Inside the store this sectional was the highlight of the store once I hit it home everything switched”

“Very comfortable. Deep cushions. Me, my husband and two kids can all fit on it together - with our previous couch and loveseat, someone was left without a spot.
I went to the store to test comfort, fell in love. Was slightly concerned with the soft material that it might be hot, but hasn’t been an issue. It was able to be delivered in less than a week.”

Nice looking but Not Comfortable

“This couch was comfortable to sit on at the store, but once it was home it was a different experience. The foam cushions are already getting dents from sitting/laying down after a month. They are used by two adults and only sat it for about 2-4 hours every other day. I took a nap on the couches and had a neck and back ache afterwards.
The fabric is nice feeling texture but the cushions squish to almost being flat and feel hard with no support.
Seat cushions are already starting to hang over the couch frame.
I worked from home one day and sat on the couch to be comfortable. That was a mistake, I had a stiff, sore, and achy back while I slept at night and next day. I am looking into getting the cushions replaced since I cannot return the couch at this point.
I wish I would have had an option to upgrade the couch seat cushions because it is a beautiful looking couch.”

“Trash disguised as a couch. Pillows lose structure quickly. Had to get a base repaired after 6 months of normal use. Waste of time and money. Had to pay to get it taken to the dump. Horrible horrible horrible. I will never shop at Ashley furniture again.”

“This is a terrible couch. We have only had this sectional for 8 months. The cushions are already broken down, the covers move as you sit on them. It is more blue grey not charcoal.”

Comfortable but not for long

“We got this couch almost a year ago and it was initially like sitting on a cloud. However it pretty quickly degraded and started to sag to the point where sitting in the corner (initially our favorite spot) pretty uncomfortable. The edges between the cushions are even worse as it feels like you are sitting directly on the wooden frame. I still don't regret our purchase overall because it was a lot of couch for the price, but I would have liked for it to keep it's new(ish) feel for a bit longer than 9 months. I won't give it more than a 3 but it is better than a 1 or 2.”
