“The size, color and shape of this sectional was perfect, but as a lot of the reviewers I learned too late that the fabric pills and looks awful. I shave the couch every week which is insane. I purchased the extended warranty, but excessive pilling isn't covered. Writing a review in hopes that someone at Ashley will help make it right.”

Worst couch ever

“Looks horrible after a few months. The fabric is awful and pilling and other weird things happening to the fabric - the worst area is the least used section. Shape doesn’t hold up. The most ANNOYING thing is the seat cushions constantly slide out.

“I have furnished many rooms through Ashley’s. This sofa is definitely the worst. Within 6 months in a 2 person home it looks worn and breaking down. The cushions have depleted and fabric has a good bit of pilling. The seat cushions constantly slide forward. Just a very poorly made piece. I’ve learned dealing with customer service is next to impossible, and don’t stand by their product. Lesson definitely learned.”

“Don't even buy this if it's on clearance. The cushion fabric is ripping, the pillows are bumpy and not holding form and the springs have seemed to just sink in when you sit. I've had this sectional for almost 3 years. -- again, DO NOT BUY!”

Great Sectional

“We have had this sectional almost a year and it’s holding up very well we have lots of company that sits on it but most of the time it’s just the two of us I think it will hold up well I read reviews that the fabric pills and I almost didn’t buy it because of that but so far after almost a year I’m not seeing any pilling. The first two pictures are after almost a year the third picture was taken on the day it was delivered so I think it still looks great!”

“I loved this couch. It was perfect. Absolute favorite. After only a few months of owning it the fabric started pilling. It went from soft to itchy wooly feeling. I wish I had looked over the reviews better. I am now not even on a year of owning it and deeply regret it.”

“I've had the sectional for 6 months. Wish I could get my money back!
The fabric "sheds." I actually had to shave it with a razor!
The cushions don't keep their shape.
The fabric on the back cushions starts to sag with use.
The frame of the arm broke.
The cushions slide when you sit on them.
The cushions are not double sided. (Meaning you can't flip them to even out the wear, or hide a stain.)
It is comfortable though.”

“Purchased at Ashley and delivered 1/1/19. Almost a year later every spec of fabric is horribly pilled and commonly used seats are "sinking" in and uncomfortable as all get out. We got a good deal on this, but still expected it to last more than a year. Ashely's "warranty" didn't help with fabric or sagging issues at all, so that was a waste of money.”

“Ordered this sectional online with some apprehension of never having seen or tested it. Delivered today and very happy with the couch.
Size - We had a more limited room size for the size sectional we were looking for. This unit fits perfectly. I'm assuming it's slightly different dimensions than most popular sectional sizes - but worked perfectly for us.
Color - Commentary read saying it's a real mix between gray and tan is true to form. I'd describe it like a dusty cobblestone. Either way, a very neutral color which is what we were looking for.
Comfort - I'm a big fan of firm couches and this one is. Hopefully this will stay and not wear out. Not overly hard (i.e., like rock), but definitely nice support. Comfortable to sit and lay on.
Very pleased with the purchase.”

“While this couch looks nice when it's new and is comfortable, the fabric is TERRIBLE. It peels like CRAZY, and looks worn and old after just a year and a half of use. DO NOT GET THIS SECTIONAL untill it's in a room with low traffic and for looks. If you have a family and this is your main couch, DO NOT GET THIS SECTIONAL. We got rid of a couch that we had for YEARS, that was moved across state lines and back, used as a family couch and it NEVER looked as bad as this one did after only having it for a short time.”

“I’m not even the owner of this couch and I’m writing a review on it. When I tell you that this couch gives you the best naps. Everyone who has slept on this couch has said something wonderful about it. It’s so comfortable, even the pillows that come with it. Truly a remarkable couch. I couldn’t believe it when I saw that this couch only had a 2.9 star review??!! This is my sisters couch. She has owned two so far because she moved and sold it, then bought a new one. I will definitely be buying one of these in the near future.”

“Worst couch ever! The fabric is absolutely terrible. It has not worn well at all. Ashley sent me new covers for the seat cushions but they also pilled up very quickly. The wood frame on the couch broke in 2 of the pieces. I love the look of the Ashley sofas but will have a hard time trusting them again. I am shopping for a new couch now and am shocked to see this couch is still for sale. Stay away from this couch; especially the fabric.”
