Disappointed in the quality

“I love this couch and was so happy when I purchased it. Within 2 months, the fabric started pilling. I was so disappointed because this was the first couch I fell in love with and was so excited to receive it. Fits perfect, looked perfect and then in that short amount of time it looks terrible due to the fabric. I see there are others having the same issue. Beyond disappointed”

Terrible quality; looks awful within months

“The fabric is absolutely terrible and the cushions lose their shape quickly. I bought the couch about a year ago but within a month or two the fabric started pilling. Now it looks like a 10 year old worn and grungy couch with messy fabric and crushed cushions. I've tried everything to shave the fabric down to try to restore a more acceptable appearance but nothing works. Now a year after spending two thousand dollars on this couch we're in the market for a new one. Believe what everyone says and don't buy this low quality couch.”

Very Low Quality, Fabric and Cushions Deteriorated Quickly

“We loved this sectional at first, it was exactly what we wanted. Unfortunately, within a couple of weeks we started noticing pills in the fabric and dips in the cushions. The return policy is within one month after delivery and we noticed the pills too late for a return or to remedy the problem. The quality of this sectional deteriorated so fast and now the pills on the fabric look awful. We are very unhappy with this purchase.”

“I bought this sectional in 2020 a year later it looks as if I've had it 5 years or more. We don't use it much. The fabric is crappy. It pills badly like after two months it looked like an old sweater! Very very disappointed to of spent so much money on a crap sectional!”

“Loved this couch a ton for the color, and size. Have had it for 3.5 months and the fabric is all fuzzy and worn looking. Terrible quality fabric which is really disappointing when you spend 2k on something. Wish I would have checked reviews first as I see I'm not the only one!”

“We had been in need of a couch for years (current sofa is 20 years old) but we didn't want to invest in anything too expensive with toddlers, kids, pets, etc. So I had been searching the internet, watching for deals, looking at current styles for over a year now. Then covid and nobody had anything and we couldn't get out to stores to physically sit on furniture.
Finally this past weekend we were able to get out to some stores and sit-test some furniture. Ashley was the third store we went to, and I literally walked in and introduced myself as "picky." Thankfully the salesman had a good sense of humor and let us do our thing. We quickly found this couch and didn't want to get up off of it! We looked around, but kept coming back to this sectional.
The back cushions are firm enough for my husbands back, but not too hard that they aren't comfortable. The seat is deep enough to curl up to be comfy, and tall enough that its not a struggle to get up off of. The seat cushions aren't too firm, but aren't too soft that you sink into them and can't get up without a crane. And it seems like it'll be comfortable enough to sleep on for naps. We considered the ottoman, but it was just too big for our space. Its huge. If you're considering it, take the measurements and tape the size out on your floor to get a real idea of how big it is.
This couch is a fantastic "greige" color - gray in some lights, more beige in other lights. The pattern on the pillows isn't too offensive either; if I ever get tired of it, I'm sure I can easily find or make some covers.
I knew the lead times would be long, so we were expecting that. They told us about a month, but if I have any issues I'll come back and update this review.”

“I fell in love with this sofa after seeing it on a YouTube video. I waited 6 weeks for delivery, and when it came I was shocked at the size. I don't think the photo does it justice. It's VERY high backed, and the seat cushions are extremely deep. The men delivering it said it was the largest one they'd delivered. Ours is the 3 piece. Something to remember: The shortest side of the 3 piece is the sofa. (the side with the corner wedge). That was hard for me to acclimate my brain to! The color is amazing. The perfect Greige--some light makes it more gray and other light makes it more beige. I love it. I did NOT love the pillows. There's not a thing wrong with the quality, they simply do not match my decor. I found some great options on Amazon and managed to match the couch perfectly. The size is amazing. When my family is all over here we could easily all fit on it (6 adults, 2 children). Usually my hubby sits in his chair though, so we have lots of room to spread out. The fabric: I can't really believe people are complaining about it....not that I'm doubting it piles. It just doesn't LOOK like it would pile. One person that said it piled told me they use one of those "sweater razors" and it looks like new again. We've had ours for 4 weeks now and see absolutely no wear. The fabric looks very durable. It's an extremely comfortable sofa. Firm on the bottom, soft back cushions. My family loves it too. I most likely will be purchasing the matching ottoman.”

Not impressed with quality

“Very disappointed in the quality of the fabric. Within a month, the seat cushions completely starting pilling and the seats look fuzzy. The back of the sofa and the ottoman don’t have that issue. It definitely won’t hold up for the longevity that I had hoped. While is is comfy, I would’ve rather spent more money on a higher quality sectional.”

“We had just started our search for a new sofa. We had a leather sectional since past few years and wanted to got for cloth. This caught our eye right off the bat. The sofa is very comfortable and well made. We order two extra seats as this was a bit smaller for our setup. On top of it all, the price was really good. It looks great in our living room. Very happy with our purchase.”

“The fabric quality is very poor. Within two years of pitching the sofa it looks like it is 10yrs old. The fabric pills terribly. I do not recommend purchasing this at all. It was beautiful and comfortable and now it looks terrible.”

“I'm shocked to still see this available, I loved the couch but when it was delivered they bent the back of the couch, attempted resolution with Ashley but nothing then the fabric started pilling, 5 years later the fabric is bare thin. It's a shame because the rest of it is still in great shape. Could have been an amazing couch.”
