“We purchased this couch seven months ago and are very disappointed with it. Every time anyone sit on it the seat cushions slide out and have to be constantly pushed back in. Also, it is already starting to sag in places. If you prop your arm on one of the armrests you can sometimes hear a pop as if it’s covered with cardboard. It’s beautiful and I fell I love with it whenI saw it in store…..wish I had never seen it. I always thought Ashley made good quality furniture, sadly this piece has shown we otherwise.”
