Poor constuction/assembly and customer service

“Purchased the 5 piece in April and discovered that two of the pieces were damaged out of the box. Its been over a month since reported damaged and it has yet been repaired. The 5 piece is nice but customer service and damaged sections makes it a 1 star at most.”

Pretty but poor quality

“Where do I start,... the bottom front of armless chairs not wrapped with material and you see pressboard. Cover missing on reclining button, back of chaise on arm facing side not covered correctly. The "master craftsman " who came to fix things didn't have the material & couldn't do anything and when he flipped the pieces backwards, 2 of the 4 pieces framing was not square they leaned far left or right and loose. He also pointed out that the bottom plastic runner rails for the "uncovered " legs were missing and the few there weren't attached which I had no idea because they just looked like they were on there for shipping purposes. I bought a ten piece set and I think it would be very pretty and comfortable but it's obviously mass produced with no quality control inspections. Very disappointed in the quality and will probably send the entire thing back 😔”
