“It pills a lot. Right after 1 year warranty ran out the chaise cushion has warped and leaves a large opening to get stuck in. We barely sit on the chaise so I really don't understand how it happened.”

“We have had this sectional for about six months and one section has already stopped working. The service department is closed for two days and we are left with one section stuck in the upright position. Very disappointed.”
