Warranty is worthless

“Bought this sectional and protection plan. After a couple of years the stitching came apart on one of the pieces. When I contacted the company I was told stitching is not covered under the warranty. I paid to have it repaired elsewhere and six months later it happened again in another area. The store said there was nothing they could do.”

Nice couch but will go with a better build quality next time and one that has recommended/same size protective covers.

“Customized sectional purchased from American Furniture Warehouse 2.5yr ago. Our layout is: RAF power recline, center console, armless recliner, armless chair, corner, armless recliner, and LAF Chaise. The layout fits perfectly in our main room.
The quality of the fabric, cushions, and movable components started to show within 6mo. This was prior to allowing our dog onto the couch (he loves the corner spot). Although he only goes onto the corner, all areas of the couch have snags, discoloration, and have definitely stretched a ton. We clean our cushions and vacuum regularly.
The biggest issue here is Ashley Furniture created this sectional using the material they did, but they don't offer protective covers specifically for this sectional or even universal covers that will fit this entire sectional. This has to be individual covers as some recline and they are all separated individual pieces connecting at the bottom. Please contact me and provide recommended protective covers for this please.
The second issue is the way these connect at the bottom as well as the recline button/switch on the armless recliner. If you'd like to lay down on this sectional you'll quickly learn the button/switch will jab you and it does not feel good whatsoever. Bad placement or material used for this design of the buttons on the armless.
The interlock system at the bottom doesn't work very well and is hard to line up. It would've been nice to also have an interlock system on the back but on the inside of the couch so you could still place the sectional anywhere and not just against a wall.”

“This couch is crap. The fabric started to pill within 6 months. Its about 1.5 years old now and the seat is ripping at the seam. Very disappointed!”

“Worst couch ever. 3 months in, the chaise cushion is flat, 6 months in, the reclining portions backs do not go back into position and are still slightly reclined. A year in, I’m wishing I had anything but this couch.”
