“Owned 2 years. The whole family of 4 fits and we love it. Love the recliners, chaise & USB Ports. Very cozy and has beautiful fabric: not fully gray, beige or taupe, but somewhere light and in between.”

Looks great in the beginning, uncomfortable and poorly built

“We have had this couch for only 3 years and it is in such bad shape. The fabric is pilling, you can tell where people have sat on it. The foot rests have lost all their padding. The button covers in the inside fell off within the first month of having the couch. The middle seats buttons to recline sticks up so if you're not sitting perfectly in the middle seat that will jab you in the leg. Has caused bruising. Honestly this couch is just poorly built for the price.”
