Horrible experience

“Looks are deceiving!! Looks good. Too firm and the fabric is horribly rough. Purchase from Buford office with Benjamin’s assistance. He tried to show me comparable in the store. He said if K did not like it I could refuse it or trade in for something else of the same value. I did not like it and Ashley did not stay true to their end of the policy. Keyonna left me on hold for an hour. I have not heard from Ashley by phone or email. Disappointing. I would never recommend Ashley furniture to anyone. They do not keep their word. They are receiving 1 star because of Benjamin. He is very professional.”
