Firm like a brick

“This sectional looks good but it is too too firm and the fabric is horribly rough. I order this product from the Buford store and had issues they never email or call me back. Benjamin the sale rep said I could refuse the item or return for something of the same value. They did not honor this rule. They did not have it in the store. Mr. Benjamin attempted to show me sectional that were comparable. I order online inside the store with Benjamin. This was in February. I still haven’t heard back from anyone. Disappointed! I would tell everybody never to trust Ashley Furniture. Horrible business ethics.”
