Terrible quality

“We purchased this couch second hand - never used. The leather is so cheap it looks fake. And the cushions come loose all the time. In addition, one of the backs of the sections is 2.5 inches shorter than the other backs! How does that even happen? Stay away from this couch. Terrible quality”

This pillows and cushions sag & sink down terribly

“I purchased this sofa 3 piece w/ lounger over a year ago and the cushions and pillows are sagging. The pillows continue to show where you were sitting once you rise up from the sofa and the pillows cushions sags.”
