Buyer Beware.

“First of all there are things I love about this couch. For one the size, it's huge! It's also very comfortable. Unfortunately, the material had noticeable pilling after six months. The cuddler cushion dips terribly. Worst of all, the arm of the cuddler snapped! We've had the couch less than a year! My husband was bringing me a cup of coffee. He set his hand down on the arm to set my coffee on the end table and it broke. He's an average sized man. I can't believe it just snapped like that! I had much higher expectations since we purchased from Ashley and paid a lot of money for this item. When I called to have it replaced, they offered me a $90 store credit. We paid $2300 for the sectional! If they don't make it right, I will never purchase from their store again.”

“This couch is poorly designed and broke very quickly. The back of the couch collapsed, and we've had to manually repair ourselves. The point where the two sections connect doesn't properly meet and constantly come apart. The fabric is also terrible, I agree with others. It pills and is also shredded but we were told this is basic wear and tear and no replacement can be granted. I'd love to just have a new cover.”

“We have had the couch for almost a year now. The one downside is that the cuddler has a much larger indent in it. We will probably end up looking to see if we can add anything to it to make it a little stronger.”

Beautiful couch, bad material

“I really love the shape and color of this couch but the material rips very easily. We have now had it 2.5 years and it’s gotten numerous holes in it. I have sewn them up but it’s gonna be time to buy a new one, so sad it doesn’t last long”

Huge Sectional!

“I fell in love with this sectional on the website. I went in store to make sure I liked it. It is a really nice sectionally. It is firm, so no sinking in. The pillows are attached so that is a plus. My only wish was that it came in other colors. I like how it is oddly shaped, not like a normal sectional. I would suggest measuring before purchasing. It almost was too big for my living room.”

“We purchased this sectional after looking for a very long time. I wanted to make sure we got exactly what we wanted. We have had this sectional for about 2 months and love it so much! It's big enough for our family of 6 to all have a place to sit and the fabric is perfect for cuddling up on the couch on movie nights. I'm not a fan of the blue on the throw pillows so we did cover them but that is my only complaint. We couldn't be happier with our purchase.”

“we first noticed this couch in store and at the time we were not quite ready to pull the plug on the purchase. - saw it online in a better color, the slate, which is a perfect match for our decor.
We've only had it for a day as it took about a month to get to us. So far so good, very comfy and firm cushions - you almost fall into it which is nice - we're hoping that the fabric, which is chenille-like holds up, we do have a large dog and cat that we're trying to have avoid being on it - cross fingers.
It did come with a chemical-like smell that we're hoping will dissipate after awhile. It does fill our living room nicely - it is huge!”

Styles great fabric is TERRIBLE

“We have owned this for almost a year. The fabric pills so easily. Your constantly having to shave the pills off. For the price we paid for this sectional I expected more. Its sad when barely 6m into owning you regret it so much. I wish we had been told this fabric may pill. Now we are faced with living with this terrible fabric on an other wise amazing couch for another year before we can afford to purchase ANOTHER new sectional.”

Cuddler and chaise squeak after one week!

“A week after we received this sectional, the cuddler started to squeak and creak! It is now being fixed and hope we don't have recurring problems. We now notice that the chaise is making the same kind of noise. Love the fabric and comfort of it, but very disappointed that it is having problems so soon after delivery.”
