This couch is amazing.

“About the couch: I loveeeeee my couch. It’s super comfy and looks great. It’s been about a month with it and it was very firm but it’s more comfy now and I’m happy we decided to get this one.
In store experience: I personally didn’t mind someone following us and asking if everything was okay or if we had any questions. She hovered around us and chimed in here and there. She made sure when we were ordering the couch that the chase would be on the side we desired (left)
Delivery: they came before time window but I didn’t mind. I did get bothered though that they never called to confirm delivery window so I had to call and pre approve it the second time because the first time I lost my delivery date because they told me to expect a call but come to find out that it was an email they had sent so I had no idea. PRE APPROVE YOUR DELIVERY DATE TWO DAYS BEFORE just to be safe. Anyways they set up everything very quickly and made sure there was no damage before leaving.”
