“Purchased this sectional 3 years ago and right off the bat we started noticing some major issues. It's just me and my husband and we are pretty small so it's not a big deal for just us two, but don't even think about having guests over with this one. As soon as more than one person sits on the long side of the sectional the entire couch droops down to the point where the bottom hits the floor and everything concaves into the middle. Super embarassing and has limited us from having guests over and we are thinking it's now time to invest in a new one. OVerall we wish we had done something sooner but life got away from us especially in our quiet home.”

Missing quality

“I love the looks of this couch but it’s highly lacking quality. After less than a year of use, the cushions obviously need to be restuffed. My boyfriend & I are both under 150lbs & don’t commonly have guests over. Within a few months of having this, we noticed the stuffing was lacking & at this point it’s driving me crazy looking at all the wrinkles. The cushions also tend to come apart very easily when sitting, especially on the long section of the couch which can be frustrating. We did assemble this at home but the legs also tend to move despite following the directions & ensuring they’re screwed on best as it allows (poorly made again). It’s overall comfortable for the price but quality is definitely lacking.”

Decent larger entry-level sofa at a great price point with a few quirks

“I’ve had this couch for a year now. The couch is perfectly average for what it is, a larger starter couch. First, the good. The fabric is a decent quality, and I have two cats who sometimes scratch my couch and I have yet to see any actual scratch marks. Very durable material and easy to clean if there are any spills. I love the size of the couch and the overall affordability at this length. Now the bad: What disappointed me the most is how the cushions don’t seem to fit in properly at the back and leave gaps to see into the back of the couch, like there wasn’t an attention to detail in the build. Over time the cushions did flatten a little like another reviewer said, but this couch gets a lot of use, and for long periods, so not sure how much of that was me (and I am not a larger person, so I am somewhat doubting it’s me). I’ll probably look into stuffing or ordering a second replacement cushion. Weirdly, the backs of the sections were not uniform in my couch, like one was overstuffed. Overall, it’s a decent couch, but quality control of this couch is lacking and leaves it feeling like an entry-level larger sofa instead of something premium.”

“We have had this sofa for almost two years now and it's fantastic. We use it daily, have had up to 4 animals at a given time, and it's held up so nice. Especially for the price! It is super easy to clean with a wet vac. After a few years the cushions are showing a little wear and sag, but it still looks great and presentable!”

A great purchase for our first home

“We’ve had ours (with a husky in the house too!) for about two months now and we love it. I was shocked to see that another review said that their seats went flat because we have not had a similar experience at all. It’s such a comfy couch and the material is durable for a doggo. It’s also a big enough couch for me and my fiancé to both sprawl out on without intruding in each other’s space.”

poor quality

“I’ve had this couch for at least 3 years now and there are several things to comment on. First off, the legs are terrible quality and bend at unnatural angles instead of staying straight like they should, neither me nor my boyfriend are heavier than 200 lbs. The corner and chaise cushions do not stay in place whatsoever and we are constantly having to push them back into place. They move after simply sitting on them for maybe 30 min, no rough housing involved. The fabric attracts animal hair like no other couch I’ve ever experienced and the fabric picks and pulls like crazy. I also took off the seat cushion covers once to wash them and when I went to replace them the seams started ripping apart. I think the only thing positive to say about this couch is that it is comfortable, but I would not recommend this couch to anyone.”
