“Worse couches ever made in history of couches. They pill like crazy even with constant maintenance they get horrible and the fabric is not comfortable. The Cushions slide off and do not stay in place. Spend lots of money buying cushion grippers and it still doesnt work. Lastly the couches do not lock so they constantly move.”

“We bought this couch and the protection plan that they promised would cover any damage. The couch started separating and peeling up right away with light wear as this was a second couch for our large living room. After I made a claim to see if they would come repair, they denied my claim For this reason I’d never shop there again and would love to warn anyone about this couch. It’s not gonna hold up although it is comfortable and pretty it will not hold up.”

“Literal worst couch ever, do not waste your money. Purchased 2 years ago and the fabric pills like nothing I’ve ever seen. It started pilling within just 2 weeks of owning the couch. Very VERY disappointed with the quality of this couch considering we spent $2200 dollars on it less than 3 years ago. If I could give zero stars, I would.”
