“Do not get this couch. It is very visually appealing but after a few months it starts pilling and the cushions look like they have been sat on for 10 years without a break. I had an IKEA couch before this that was half of the price and never had an issue like this. I am extremely disappointed and upset.”

“I've had my couch 5 months now and wish I had gotten something else. I love the style of the couch.....but the material is already showing signs of wear. The material is pilling and looks stretched out on the seat cushions. Very disheartened. I will be filing a claim on my extended warranty.”

“overall I can say I love the size and comfort of this couch. BUT... the fabric sadly stared to pull after only 3 months. I was super upset. I have had my couch a year now and the quality looks horrible.”

“Worse couches ever made in history of couches. They pill like crazy even with constant maintenance they get horrible and the fabric is not comfortable. The Cushions slide off and do not stay in place. Spend lots of money buying cushion grippers and it still doesnt work. Lastly the couches do not lock so they constantly move.”

“WORST COUCH EVER!!! Fabric pilled within two weeks. Cushions caved in within two months. Ashley did nothing to replace it or fix it said that it was normal wear and tear. Looks beautiful for all about 5 minutes before you have to eat the cost and get another couch in less than a year”

“Please don’t buy this couch. The fabric doesn’t hold up at all. I have had this couch for about 1.5 years and the fabric is not holding up at all, not to mention that time I have traveled a lot for work so there have been plenty of weeks the couch wasn’t even used. I can only imagine how awful it would look if a family had this couch and used it daily. I had to buy a fabric shaver and despite using it frequently there are always still pills on it. It’s very disappointing and there aren’t even replacement covers available on the site. I thought this couch was an investment but it was just a mistake.”

“I have had this sofa for 2 years now, we bought 2 additional pieces also, and it is not worth it. The material pills SO BAD, no matter what we do it is covered in lint balls, the stuffing has gone flat so fast, the cushions and backs are so flat and indented and we flip them every month . In addition, this isn’t our full time home, so we will be having to get rid of this in the next year because of how bad of shape it’s in. Really regret spending the money. Oh and the feet break easily, and aren’t fixable because they are inside the frame. No kids and no animals, this is the condition…”

After 1.5 Years... I like the couch, but don't love it

“The couch is beautiful - I will say that!
First, the fabric isn't the best because it does ball up and I have to often use a shaver. Not the end of the world, but it's kind of annoying.
Secondly, the couch itself is NOT comfortable. Every time I watch a movie or a show for about an hour, I find myself adjusting my body to get comfortable, and frankly, there's just a lack of support! You literally just sink into the couch, but not the good kind of sink where there's still back support. I think what would make it better is if there was more foam in the cushions, less feathers. Something to make it a tiny bit firmer.
What helps is rotating all of cushions, which I often do! I get a lot of compliments on the couch when I have guests over, so that's nice. But for paying over $3500, I wish it was more comfortable.”

“I love the size and comfort of the couch, but the couch fabric is ABSOLUTELY TERRIBLE. I’ve had the couch for a yeah and the fabric just fills with lent and looks stretchy. 3 months in this begin and I have a 5 year warranty but it’s been a run around getting a replacement or new couch. Save your money.”

Poor quality material/fabric

“Very poorly made couch. We bought it in July of 2023 and after less than a year the couch material started pilling. I tried to use the regaurd protection warranty but that is not covered. Will never buy from Ashley’s again. Extremely dissatisfied with the low quality of this product! Paid $2400 for this piece and two other pieces to make it a sectional and it is terrible quality.”
