“Great size but terrible fabric. The fabric will look worn within a few months. Can not remove couch pillows and not easy to remove or replace couch covering.”

Poor quality, highly disappointing

“I would have to say that the color is the only thing I like about this sectional. I purchased from Furniture Mart in Burlington Iowa on October 19 2024. It is now March 2 2025 and I found that the zipper holding the stuffing in on the back of the couch is somehow broken and filling is coming out. We are a three person home. Our youngest member is 17 almost 19 years old. We have hardly used this sectional outside of having family over for the holidays recently. It is highly disappointing that the sectional is already falling apart. The even more disappointing aspect is that our drive to take the sectional in for repair is an hour away. I really had higher hopes and held Ashley furniture to a higher standard than this. I have purchased nearly every piece of furniture I own from Ashley and after our old sofa finally needed to be replaced after 10 years this is a major let down.”

Not worth it!

“If I could give zero stars I would. We purchased this couch and after a month or two in, it started pilling really bad. I thought it was odd. Fast forward we’ve had it only a year it looks awful. It looks like we’ve had it 10 years and it has a hole on one of the pillows. Please save yourself the $$$ do not buy this couch.”

“The couch is comfortable, but the material is so cheap. Dog nails, even kept super short, catch the material no matter what we do. There’s zero durability to this cheap material. We’ve had our couch for about 8 months and it’s already snagged and torn on multiple cushions from basic wear and tear. The material is also pilling. Would not recommend for durability..”
