“For anyone wondering since it isn’t posted, the chaise is 60in long from back to front. We got this couch today and we already love it! It fits great in our space. For being brand new it isn’t too firm, and it’ll be incredibly comfortable once broken in. The backs of the cushions are tall and comfortable/give great support. So far we love it. The specs are very correct - the longest part of the couch says it’s 139in and it fits perfectly on our wall that measures 143in with about 4 inches to spare”

“My husband and I bought this sofa when we moved into our house. The delivery took about 3 weeks, and it went smoothly! We really enjoy this couch! The picture shows it as cream, but it's actually more gray. It's very well made, and I appreciate that it came with the brick pillows. The only issue is that the cushions tend to slide forward a lot. I have to push them back into place every day, which can be a bit frustrating. Aside from that, we really love this couch and would recommend it!”

Great Couch, Great Experience

“I was very skeptical about this sectional at first; however, I am beyond pleased. I had not seen it or felt it in person before purchasing, but I am glad it turned out so well. A few things to note if you are considering buying this:
1. It comes comes with 3 (1 designed signed) pillows that are very full and sturdy, but still so comfortable.
2. The material of the sectional is insanely soft. It seems to be some type of twill meaning weaved.
3. The seat cushions are sturdy, but still have enough give to make them very comfortable. The back cushions seems to have more give than the seats; all of which are very well stuffed allowing for that solid support, but yet malleable.
4. I have 20mil wear layered LVP flooring that protects against scuffs and scratches. However, our other furniture has scraped it. This couch has not done that yet though, and I have moved it all of the room. I'm guessing it has some type of furniture sliders on the bottom.
5. It is in 3 separate pieces that connect together.
6. My husband is 6'2. When sitting on the chaise with his back slouched against the back of the couch, his feet (but just the feet) hang off. Mine (5'3) do not though.
All in all, I highly recommend this piece. Also, the delivery was way faster than expected. I was told when I first bough it, it would take 3 weeks at least to be delivered. I was called 7 days later and notified that the couch was received by the store and would be delivered the following week. It was delivered in 12 days total after purchasing. I was called the day before and given a 3 hour window for delivery time. On delivery day, the delivery guys called me when they were an hour out. So not only was the piece exceeding of the expectations, but the overall experience was also pleasant. Needless to say, I plan to be purchasing furniture from Ashley in the future.”

“I got this couch and it smelled heavily of chemicals and it didnt fit the space quite right. I wanted to return it and contacted ashley 3 times for a week and still have not heard from anyone to assist in the return. They keep telling me to wait 24 hours and someone will reach out. Worse Than Air: This Couch Couldn’t Handle Real Life

“This couch honestly blows, I’d rather have an inflatable couch. It broke before I paid it off. I am 270 pounds and one of the sectionals literally snapped in half. I do not have kids, large animals, or sit on my couch in an aggressive fashion. In addition to this the couch is difficult to clean if you spill anything on it and the cushion zippers are flimsy. You’ll be lucky if they’re still on the the pull after just a few times taking them on and off.”

“Honestly for a blind buy, and not being able to see in person or sit on. It’s comfortable and gorgeous. It’s firm, but also has some give so it’s comfortable unlike some of the rock hard ones I sat on in store. The color is a cream but can pull very light grey. Depends on the color in your house. Overall it is stunning and I am happy so far. We’ll see how she holds up over time. But great piece for the price so far. I’ll upload a few photos in dif lighting to see (I had to get a bigger rug from my old couch to this one)”

“Very misleading color description. It is shown and stated as Linen. It is actually a grey color. Like a light speckled grey. I bought online so did not get to see it until it arrived and I was very disappointed. Other than color it is a very nice set! Just be aware of the color. I have also reached out to customer service to have it replaced with an actual Linen color🙏🏻”

Couch cushions are wrinkled and saggy

“We loved this sectional when we first received it. Aaron, our online representative was very nice and helped us when we exchanged the ottoman for a barrel chair. However, after about 4 months the cushions are wrinkled and saggy. I rotate the ones that I can so they won’t get constant wear but the loveseat part has a permanent indent. I’m thinking that after a year or two this couch will not look as nice.”

“I thought I would like this delivery and set up was great I even got sent a replacement cover for a cushion when one had a rip (that was honestly a red flag though needing a replacement cover so quickly) it has only gone down from there we have only had this couch for a few months and honestly it looks like we have had it a few years there are so many pulls in the fabric too many to count if you have pets or kids do not get this couch unless you dont care how it looks and dont mind paying for something that isn't going to hold up. I wish I could get a refund and a different couch due to how poor the quality is”

“Do not buy this sofa. I purchased this sofa and the day of the delivery, the driver refused to bring it inside house because the whole piece didn't fit. They didn't disclosed in the online description that the sectional cannot be assembled. It's not deliver in separate parts, so it can fit through the door. Additionally, I was still charged $169 of delivery fee even though I didn't received the merchandise. According to them, you have to pay a separate fee if you want to have it deliver in three parts and then assemble inside the home. I am just hoping that I get my whole refund. Costumer service didn't accommodate me, they automatically told me to cancel the order.”

“We bought this sectional without seeing it in person, as we couldn't find a store that had it in it showroom. But the price was good, so we ordered it. Big mistake. First, the color in the photo is complete lie. It is 100% gray. I had seen many reviews saying the same, so I knew there was a chance, but i had hoped it was maybe their lighting. It wasn't. It's gray. Second, if you're looking for something soft that you can kind of sink into and be cozy, this is not for you. It is rock hard. We've been trying everything we can to soften it up, but it's not giving much. And you can forget sleeping/napping on it. There's zero give to the cushions, so it's like laying on a tabletop. Third, we got the ottoman and it's even harder than the sectional, but it actually dips in the middle, which is just weird. Fourth, the pillows are overstuffed and ugly as sin, but that's more personal preference and not a big deal.
Overall, the couch looks nice, aside from the color, but i will never be purchasing a couch without sitting on it in the store first. I regret not refusing delivery, but it's awkward having half a second to decide when you've got 2 delivery guys staring at you while you try it. That's on me. We're stuck with it for a while, but i intend to get something more comfortable as soon as we can. I would not recommend this sectional.”

Arrived with pulls in the fabric. No one would help with customer service, eventually was told ”it’s normal to pill buy a gadget to remove them.”
Cushions all feel different, one side is softer than the other. One side has longer cushions than the other. The cushions don’t stay on, are constant sliding out. The chaise cushion has never sat right like it’s supposed to. The only good things was the guys who delivered it, they were nice.”
