Fabric issue

“Not good, after a few months fabric were out and they said it’s normal. They just gave me one time courtesy to change 3 seating cushions but they didn’t wanted replaced the other ones.”

Comfortable, but color not as expected.

“Comfortable couch and great price. Definitely not a “Linen” color like in the stock picture. Upon arrival couch is a light gray. Worker at the Ashley store kept telling us it was a beige and showed us an “example”, neither of which are even close to the actual color of the couch. Not exactly what we were looking for, but will make it work.”

Love - Hate Relationship

“This is the first couch I’ve bought new and while I love the look of it I’m not 100% satisfied. I’ve had the couch a month and I can tell already it’s going to sink easily. The pillows that came with the couch have already started snagging and I’ve cut hanging strings off. The pillows and couch are made of the same material so I’m very scared of what’s to come. I did buy the 5-year protection on the couch which I’m happy I did seeing how I foresee issues ahead. I will also say the couch is stiff but with it sinking in a bit it has become fairly comfortable. I also dislike how the cushion covers cannot be removed for cleaning. I love how large the couch is! We host viewing parties and it fits 5-7 people comfortable. I also purchased the matching ottoman which really completes the couch everyone’s able to put their feet up and relax. My last couch was also a sectional and the locking system was definitely not as good as this sectionals locking. Would I buy this couch again? Only time will tell but right now I’m not convinced more concerned then anything. All that being said I do love the couch but it may be a love hate relationship.
I also want to mention the ‘No-Hassle’ delivery, the men delivering the couch were nice. The couch was delivered two weeks earlier than what was originally stated which I loved. The feeling of the delivery men being on a timer was present. It was rushed and felt chaotic. They cleaned everything up and I don’t have anything negative to say about the delivery men themselves but I feel as if they were over booked on their deliveries and had to rush.”

“Left chaise must be unavailable! They charged my card but haven’t processed my order. What a waste of time, customer service can’t help fix this issue either. Don’t waste your time on this couch!”
