“We have had this couch for a little over two years now. Let me start by saying the material is cheap, the cushions constantly fall off and it is pilling like no other. We made sure to get the insurance for just in case, after not even a year of having it the couch ripped, we called to make a claim (as we got told insurance covered EVERYTHING) and got told because the rip was along the seam they could not fix it. Don't waste your money on this couch. We absolutely hate it and whole heartedly regret buying it. We tried getting our money back for the insurance because we got told we could as it is absolutely useless and Ashley's has yet to do that (this was six months ago).”

“First off ordering online expect to wait and depending on your area expect the delivery scheduler to be rude. But now the couch is amazing, very comfortable ever for my husband who is 6’5”. Fits so well in our home. The chaise is great, the cushion slips a little but if your 5’2” and under you can lay on it fully. However the pillows that come with it are absolutely horrific. BUT for the price I 100% recommend this couch!”

“Love the couch it bigger than I expected to be its firm at first but gets soft as u set in it the back pillow can't be removed just let others know before buying set cushion can be removed and washed. Overall pleased”

“The couch it self is beautiful and was comfortable until about 2 months of owning it. There were 2 of the top pillows that were not filled all the way and 2 of the cushions shown wear within 2 months of having it. The ottoman all has shown wear within 2 months. It literally looks like I've owned it for 2 years. Very disappointed with it and will never buy from Ashley again.”

“Terrible place, DO NOT BUY. They did not even deliver all the pieces and had a 63 year old woman move the sofa inside AS THE DELIVERY MEN STOOD THERE AND WATCHED! They then thought it was okay to take pictures of the sofa they did NOT move and write delivered.”

“Terrible couch, don'y buy it, Their customer service is worse. They convince you to buy their protection plan but never willing to cover the damage. Ashley furniture is a very poor furniture company. Their furniture is poorly made. Couch bought 2 years ago and fabric is fading and the company is not willing to fix the issue. Will need to contact a lawyer to address the issue. Very unsatisfied with this company and their way of doing business.”
