“I bought it in store during Covid. It took about an extra 6 weeks to be delivered which was expected. This couch was very poorly made. The inside of the back curioons ripped and sunk in and a board broke in the seat of the chaise. I've bought other furniture from Ashley that lasted but this sectional was the worse.”

“This place is a joke. I purchased this couch on November 4 and received a confirmation email of the delivery date scheduled for November 25. Today, November 21, I received the link to confirm the delivery and something was wrong. I called them and to my surprise they said the item is not available and there is no estimate delivery date. JOKE! Almost a month waiting for no reason.
The couch is available to purchase, but there is non stock? Don’t fall for it.”

Broken twice, support ignored me.

“After a year the chaise end broke again. I asked if someone could come assess it under warranty and I was on hold with someone for 45 minutes while they "tried to find all the necessary information" only to tell me they were still looking. They told me they'd hang up and email me when they have all the information they needed and emailed me the next day saying they were "still looking for the correct information" and then I never heard back. Completely unprofessional.”
