“Bought 3 years ago, springs came out, wood is falling apart and breaking, it's only my wife and 1 dog. One of the recliners catches on something when sitting in it, and it doesn't even see much use. Warranty was useless and no help to fix it so stuck trying to fix it myself.”

“If I could give this couch 0 stars, I would. Within 6 months of us having this couch, the fabric at the seams on the recliner parts started to rip. The recliner on the left side won’t even go down anymore. My husband has tried several times to fix it and it just breaks again. This is THE MOST uncomfortable couch I’ve ever owned. If you want to be sore from a nap on the couch, this is the couch for you!”

“I've owned this couch for a little over 3 years. It's very comfortable, but has not been durable. Within 6 months of buying it, the stitching across the center cushion simply split all the way across. And the metal within one reclining end bent out of shape during regular use. It's not been able to be bent back into place. The metal arms are very flimsy, and we haven't been able to use that end recliner ever since. Within another 6 months, one of the recliner handles snapped off. And the material on the footrest of the recliner has begun to come apart. I only give it 3 stars because it's comfortable. If you don't spend much time on your sofa and have no pets or kids, it may last longer for you.”

“Have only had the couch about a week but we love it so far! The recliners at the end are great and very comfortable. Would have been great if it also came in the right-side facing version so the cup holders could be on the other side. Hopefully it holds up well with pets because as you can see our dogs already love it!”

“It’s a beautiful sectional, and I love the color & material. The only reason I didn’t give five stars is because I wish both parts of the cup holder chairs reclined but only the end chairs recline. I hope I will enjoy this piece of furniture for years to come.”

“We have only had this sectional for less then a year.. Use to look beautiful but has not stood up to our 2 dogs. Little holes in the fabric have formed on the back rest of the two most used seats. We can also feel the wood frame in recliner parts (feet and back).”

“I love this couch so much! I bought it July of 2020 and it’s still perfect! It’s withstood my 3 dogs wrestling on it and it’s a breeze to clean. I just wish I could take the covers off the cushions to wash them. 10/10 would recommend.”

“Received this couch yesterday, bought during the Black Friday sale. It is a great couch! Very comfortable, and spacious. It does look a tad darker in real life than it did in the showroom. I also bought the matching rocker. The 2 reclining seats lean surprisingly far back. It seems easy to clean. Didn’t give 5 stars only because the USB and electric recliners were jot an option.”

“I am so disappointed! For the amount of money that I paid and the amount of time that I’ve waited for my furniture, I was expecting so much more. The sectional came with missing pieces, and when I tried to communicate that to customer service, I was pretty much told that there was nothing that could be done. They would not even offer me any compensation. Delivery personnel scratched my brand new hardwood floors. I tried to refuse the sectional delivery since it was defective but I was told that I could not refuse it because there were no more in stock. What a disappointment.I was also told that because I ordered this online instead of the store that I had less options. This is my first time ever buying from Ashley, and I will definitely be my LAST. I will tell anyone that I know to beware of this company.
And yes, I did try to resolve this matter over the phone before posting this review. Over a span of two hours, I was transferred to multiple people that would not take responsibility, I was eventually told that there was nothing that could be done.”

“I’ve had this sectional 5 years and within the first year both recliners broke. The metal is very flimsy and kept twisting and both finally broke. You can feel the wood frame. I’m looking for something else now. Was not worth the money I spent.”

Regretting the purchase

“Unless you have good knees and super leg strength, this is not the set for you. The recliners are very difficult to close. I have to get the footrest lowered as much as I can. Get off the seat and push the footrest which, is still extremely hard to close.
It is comfy but the seats are deep and the console is nice with the cup holders and storage for the remotes.
AF says there isnt anything wrong with the recliner yet two other women besides myself, were unable to close the footrest without getting off the chair to do so.”

“I have this sectional and matching recliner, and they are complete trash. Barely held together hardware and absolute bare minimum framework ensure it begins breaking down shortly after purchase. I’ve now had them for about 6 years, and the breakdown began almost a year after purchase. Don’t waste your money.”
