“Don’t have a clue what these reviews are talking about in regards to blown out padding, and the corner piece. GREAT COUCH LOVE IT BEST OURCHASE OF MY LIFE. I love the material, how it sits, reclines perfectly. Easy to clean up dog/cat hair. Nothing slides in between the cushions because the seats are all flush together easy. Don’t have to lift up cushions to clean underneath as the cushions are stitched to the seat. And COMFY.
Only downside I’ve had so far is the corner connection on the bottom. We got it broken and scrambled. But easy to rig something together to fix it. Went to 4 different stores in one day looking for deals on this couch. Got for 1k in a clearance section for a tiny tear. Can’t beat that”

Would not buy again

“Bought sectional in April 2018. It’s held up against children under 10 fairly well. The material is soft and cleans up well against spills and messes. However, the recliners open and close crooked, often taking multiple tries to click closed. The wooden pieces of the frame in the back are flush with your back as the padding was gone within a year of our purchase. The corner section comes apart frequently and the padding goes down between the frame, so much so that we have to stuff pillows or blankets below it to sit on that portion. Multiple places have stitching coming apart and there was a random sliver of wood in one of the seats.”

“I bought this couch 9 years ago. I happened to buy it on a sales that Ashley had going, honestly didn’t expect it to last this long. It has taken the beating of two kids and two bigs dogs. The material is great, i wish they had more couches with this material. This couch will probably last a few more years! I’m extremely surprised with how well it’s held up.”

“The fabric is great! We have two large dogs and a cat. No wear and tear from the animals. But, the structure needs help. The connector pieces between the two pieces of the couch are broken. The triangle piece in the center of couch sinks down so much that we had to stove pillows under it to keep it level with the rest of the couch. It’s also nearly impossible to retrieve any object that falls between the couch and the little arm rest piece. So many times I’ve dropped the remote in that crevice and it’s such a hassle to retrieve it. We have had this couch since 2019 and we are so frustrated with it that we are going to buy a new couch and take this to the dump as soon as possible. I would not buy this again”

Great sectional

“We've had this couch for 4.5 years and it's held up very well. Super comfortable and easy to vacuum pet hair off of (hair doesn't stick to it anymore than any other material, fyi). The reclining mechanisms haven't given us any issues over the years and it's very comfortable to nap on, as me and my husband have fallen asleep on it countless times. Cupholders are removable so they're easy to clean and the armrest storage is very useful. My one complaint is that it's possible to pull stuffing from inside of the couch out from under the recliner parts, which we found out from our cats that were somehow able to occasionally grab chunks of the stuffing from under it. So just fyi if you have animals or kids, but it's not a huge deal and it's not like they've gotten so much out that you can tell a difference in the cushioning. Worth the money, especially since we got it on sale.”

“We have had this sectional for a month now, and now we notice the issues with it. You can feel the wood on both armrests, on the console, and the feet rests of each end recliner. The foot rest of the most used recliner is already leaning to one side. Not very comfortable, and lacking in quality. Only upside is that it looks very nice, but other than that, I'm starting to think we made a mistake purchasing this item.”

We've had both sides break and now the first side has broken again. I sure hope they figure out a way to address this issue... its such a shame on a beautiful piece of furniture.”

“I have only had this for a few weeks but it has been great easy to clean off my kids love the reclining chairs and the fast there is a middle connection to lay down. My husband and I also enjoy a nice place to relax. The only thing is I wish the left side was as long as the right so it would be even with my area rug. However, I will be ordering the matching separate recliner. Over all so far it has been great for these few weeks. Oh ya and when closing the recline chairs the are a little hard to get.”
