Bad quality

“We've had our Neira 2 piece for just under 3 years now. The couch is definitely comfortable, and worked for our space. The fabric is not too scratchy, but it definitely is very thin, and pills extremely easily. Where we usually sit, the fabric was pilled and worn within a year of having it. Finally, a few months ago, one of the suspension canvases under the cushion split open, making that couch cushion sag, and causing us to need to replace entirely. It's just not good enough quality to try to fix. Would recommend against this couch if you are trying to find a staple piece for years of use.”

“Looks nice but fabric is low quality. It started breaking down within 4 months. I don’t have pets. I even have a blanket under me most of the time to protect the fabric. Kind of shocking how poorly it has held up.”

“Beautiful sofa, love the color and pillows. Unfortunately, it’s super uncomfortable, stiff and narrow. The fabric has pilled horribly in the 9 months we’ve had it, it looks years old! (We have no kids or pets so it’s early used). It also hasn’t held its shape well, the spot my husband sits every Saturday night o watch a movie is sunken in. Would not recommend!!”

“We received this couch a couple of weeks ago. We thought it would be smaller than our old couch when we saw it in the store but it is surprisingly roomy once in our living room! The material is great. It definitely has a west elm vibe to it for a great price. It's much easier to clean than our previous couch, which was microfiber. The bottom cushions are firm and the back cushions are less firm. It is comfortable and I like that you can add cushion stuffing if it begins to lose its shape. So far I think it's been a great buy for the money.”
