BEWARE- False Information, Lack of Assistance.

“I bought this piece last year. It’s a great looking furniture in the beginning but few months pass its a dead piece. its been rarely used and the cushions, the back support and the mattress part of the furniture is dead. It’s smushed. My dog sits on the couch most of the time ands he weighs 45 lbs but its still mushed. I travel 5 months a year and barely home to utilize it. But still it’s dead. Don’t waste your if it’s a long term investment. 3-4 months it will be okay and then dead. Contacted support for assistance but no help. I even inquired about the mattress bing mushy after few use but i was told i wont have to worry about it for 4 years max. What a lie! If i wanted a cheap material i would have used Wayfair. But turns out Ashley is no different. False information with lack of assistance.”

“I feel in love with this chair because it was comfortable and the price point. Less than a month after it was delivered, the arm broke but someone came out to fix it. Two months into having it delivered, I could tell the cushion on the chaise side was worn down. Ten months in, the frame broke and the technician stated because it had a trampoline spring feature it would keep happening. Save your money and buy something else.”

“I wouldn’t recommend this couch due to the design of the chaise cushion. Within the first 12 months, ours sank in the middle, creating a dip that you fall into when sitting. When I contacted the manufacturer, they quoted $395 plus tax for a replacement cushion. Unfortunately, this issue is not covered under the Ashley warranty.”
