“I absolutely love this couch that I bought. However, the chaise and the chair attachment does not align and is off by about a couple inches. Thank God I got the 5 year extended warranty plan so eventually I can have them come out and see why it’s not meeting the standards of what I saw in the show room and Online in the pictures.”

“After only 4 months of having this couch the cushions severely started sinking in. I am average height/weight and can't come to any other conclusion than the foam in the cushions are cheaply made. I tried to fill out an insurance claim online and the robot chat was zero help at all. I also paid $2400 for this couch and its now $1400”

“I bought this set as a three piece sectional from an online furniture company after seeing it in the store. When you first get it, it’s so nice! But, after about 5-6 months the material mats where you sit, and there isn’t a good way to “fluff” it back up. The cushions start to get soggy and droop, and we’re are a home of 2 with no kids or dogs. For the price, I would suggest something else. I plan on just replacing soon, but for the cost, I really thought this would be a better quality sectional.”

“I was absolutely in love with this sectional when I got it. Fast forward 9 months now, I regret buying it. The cushions wore out quickly and frankly are no longer comfortable. The fabric is matted in many places and difficult if not impossible to fix with methods I can do myself. I straight up asked the salesman how the hold up is with the fabric and the cushions and he told me both are really good. This was not even sort of true. The chaise is super dipped, and it’s not like I can flip that cushion. I’m tempted to find a replacement cushion but also why bother if it’ll wear out too. Honestly, go with something else unless you plan on never actually using the couch. In that case it looks lovely.”

“This couch has a beautiful design, but the chaise is very wide and began sinking in the middle after only a year of use. Unfortunately, replacing the cushion costs about $400. If you’re considering it, just be aware that the wider chaise style may not hold up well over time.”
