“id give it a 0 star if i could. I've only had the sectional for 2 months and the zipper has already broke on both end pieces and the center is already sagging”

Overpriced. Poor quality.

“Have had the sectional for 2months and the cushions are definitely losing their form and comfort. The fabric is soft and comfortable, the couch looks good; but for $3k the couch frame feels very cheap and I don’t believe this couch will hold up much more than a year. This should be less than half the asked price. I would not purchase again.”

“Love the sofa, it’s comfortable. I really dislike the feather blend that is in the pillows, the feathers poke through the pillow, and I’m pressure I’m allergic after sitting on the sofa I begin to itch. I replaced the pillows and threw the covers in the washer. All is well now. Be careful of the feather blend if you have sensitive skin or feather allergies. Other than my overnight on material s I’m happy with my purchase.”

“Worst couch ever, i’m so disappointed in the way this couch has held up. We’ve followed all the care instructions. The cushions don’t hold up, the end pieces are broken (max weight of 200lbs) in our home. It discolors so easily. The fabric looks cringy. We purchased the additional warranty on it as we have dogs and a child, they declined our claim to replace our end pieces that are broken & our swivel chair. The ottoman is also garbage. DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS COUCH. I’m so disappointed in ashley’s & them refusing to even hold up to the warranty we paid for to fix our end pieces. We will never buy from ashley’s ever again.”
