“The fabric is so soft and cozy, the sofa is firm but not hard. It is also deep, which I love. It’s been kid and cat approved. Speaking of the cats, so far they love it for sleeping, not clawing… so happy I went with this piece”

“I'm only leaving 4 stars because the down filled pillows are absolutley useless and they offer no other alternative. All that money and you have to go out and buy more pillows.”

“Purchased the love seat in 2023 and by July 2024 I had to purchase items to help with the beginning stages of the cushion sagging. I’m now approaching year 2 and the cushion has a permanent dent, even with 2 supportive items underneath. I contacted customer service to see if I could get a replacement cushion and was informed that the store warranty expired. I was then instructed by the customer service representative to contact EXTEND since I purchased their furniture protection plan. I contacted Extend and filed a claim that informed that this type of issue is something that’s not covered in my plan. With all of this being said the love seat is cute but will not age well.”
