Loses quality quickly over time

“This sectional started off incredible, but after 6+ months of use it has started to show signs of wear that really decrease its comfort and quality. The cushions on one of the sections is dying out and doesn’t provide much support and the actual material is not soft anymore and is all pressed in. Would be great if there was a way to restore the cushion and fluff.”

Great couch for cat owners!!

“I purchased this couch a month ago in gray. I have 2 cats who love using the couch as their personal cat scratcher so I go through a lot of couches as they don’t last. When I saw this one I thought maybe this would stop them since it feels more like a blanket. Month later and they still have not used this as a scratching post! It’s also super comfy - almost more comfy than my bed! Definitely worth the money!”

Cushions truly wear out fast. Definitely not for every day use, if you want it to last.

“I actually just read a review that stated looses quality over time. I am one to never write reviews, however, I am so saddened by the feathers following out of pillows, the one side of couch that is sat on more is flatten more even by turning it over every we it has not helped. I wanted this couch and oval chair so much, and I waited for a while to get the couch first. I have had this couch/chase combo for a little over a year. I am saddened by how it is made it was so nice at first. I really thought this was definitely the last time I’d buy living furniture since my children were in college. Not a good investment. I’m glad I did not buy the entire set at once. Definitely not for a family of you like your future to stay nice looking. My advice would be rotate the cushions very frequently and do not let anyone sit or lay on pillows. They are definitely only for looks! Definitely not something that you want for a while if you use it for every day use. Definitely not something that you want for a while if you use it for every day use.”

Cushion size inconsistent

“Bought it in grey last month.
The design is cool but it is the only positive thing I could give here
First the chair pillow is not fitting to the frame and the inconsistency between each blocs build leads to chair cushion being 2 inches off frame in width and depth. It is also 1 inch higher compared to the other seating bloc. Also some stitchings are poorly aligned, giving the impression the sofa is already old with fabric distortion.
Last thing I noticed is that the seating is already collapsing and I am not that heavy.
As a summary, not that qualitative, and be aware of how it looks after installation”

“This couch lost its shape within three months of having it. Absolutely horrible purchase. I was absolutely devastated, it’s such a beautiful couch, and yet made so VERY POORLY. I was in contact with Ashley Furniture as soon as it started to fall apart begging for a refund or to switch the couch out for something of equal value, but they refused. Since it was within the year of purchase, they “fixed” the couch which lost its shape again almost immediately after. After reaching back out to Ashley, I was told nothing could be done. Absolutely terrible. DO NOT BUY THIS COUCH!”
