“Terrible couch! Doesn’t hold up, cushions look terrible and have discoloration, bought the ottoman and that also is not holding up it has a big dip in the center and the stitching is all messed up around the sides. Plus this entire couch pills super badly. The store we bought this at talked this couch up and I fully regret my purchase. Do not recommend!”

“I purchased this sectional in 2022 and in 2 years the cushions look worse than a sectional I owned for 10 years. The cushions (both seat and back) simply do not hold up to everyday use. They look so bad I am not sure what to do to fix them!”

“The only reason I do not give it 5 stars is because the bottom cushions do flatten a little, but are still comfy and the back cushions are made with a stuffing that is hard to remove to wash the cover. We have had this couch almost a year and I do love it though.”

“I have had these couches going on a 1 year and half, If it wasn't for me not letting anyone set on them. I'm sure they were look a lot worse. As soon as someone sit on them they look as if you had never fluffed them in your life!!! There also crinkling and sloppy. Constantly having to fluff them after being sat on. Definitely regret buying should of read the reviews first.”

“Absolutely love this couch but giving it 3 stars because as other customers have said it looses its shape and it looks worn down and we even have sheets on it to protect it with a kid. It’s not really good quality even though we paid alot of money for it. I love how comfy it is and large. Love the color and all the pillows but definitely not going to last for a long time”

“Loved this couch, but after after only a week it looks awful!! Everytime you get up off the couch you have to reshape the cushions or else it looks like you found it on the highway after it fell off of a moving truck. It is comfortable, but it's super annoying!!”

“Poor craftsmanship. Couch is extremely comfortable but the cushion don’t hold up. Our “trampoline” support under the cushions broke 2 years after we purchased it. Couch is now garbage. VERY VERY disappointed. My last couch lasted 20 years. Less than two years is unacceptable and Ashley should be ashamed of their poor work.”

“We bought this couch a year and a half ago and it is beautiful and super comfortable!! We get compliments on it all the time The material is very soft and the pillows are holding up very well. It is a huge sectional so make sure you have space! Our ottomon hasn't held up the best but we got the warranty on it so it was fixed. We also had it shampooed recently and it looks brand new again. I would highly recommend!!!!”

“Mediocre quality with a high price. We bought brand new and it squeaked on a few of the sections. Had a repair done that slightly reduced the squeak. Piling after 3 months of use. Would not buy again. Save your self and get a higher quality brand.”

“We love the couch itself but the couch cushions are starting to sink and lose the fluff and they look horrible from it being used. We have even been alternating the cushions but it's getting to the point now that we do not really like the way it looks because the cushions are sinking in.
Had it delivered in January so it has literally been less than a year.”

“Received our Rawcliffe 4-Piece Section and could not be happier. Delivery staff was very friendly and helpful. They came, set it up primped and proper cushions and pillows had it place exactly where I envisioned it going and it fit like it was made for the room. Added a pop of color with area rug and throw blankets of colors in the rug. Room came together so nicely and is so comfortable and completely worth every penny I spent on it. “This sofa is huge so do your measurements. I ordered the 4 piece and it was too long for my room. I had to remove the armless chair now it looks great. The color changes with the lighting sometimes its cream sometimes it looks gray. I find using white light makes it appear more gray yellow more cream. I love the fabric so soft almost velvety and it comes with so many throw pillows. honestly feel like I'm laying in my bed on this sofa its so comfortable. The best thing about this sofa is that its so comfortable with out looking too loungey or casual. I dont think I could have picked a better sectional.”

“I purchased the 4 piece sectional and ottoman in August of 2020. I've been very happy with my purchase so far. The ample seating area allows for multiple people to be able to gather without feeling cramped. The fabric is impressively soft and almost enjoyable to touch. The deep seats on this piece allow for great naps in the afternoon without feeling like you are balancing on a narrow sliver of a couch. The color is a great neutral with almost a marbling of cream and beige. I personally like this effect because this variegated fabric will hide minor stains better that one flat, single color. All cushions and this set, back and seat, are removable. They can be flipped as needed and have zippers to add or change filling if need be. The sectional also feels very supportive and sturdy but is comfortable to sit on for long periods at a time. My only recommendation is that you measure your space prior to purchasing, this sectional is not small by any means. I'm fully satisfied with my purchase and would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a large sectional.”

“My husband and I are absolutely pleased with this couch. It is the perfect couch for a family room/upstairs loft. We have had family gatherings and this couch comfortably fit 9 people. We also got the ottomon so we can push it towards the couch to create a bed.
The texture is also very soft to the touch. It’s also more of a beige color than cream so it will not get dirty easily. Overall, we are very happy with this couch! Highly recommend!”

Design flaw in the back cushions

“I’ve had this sectional for 2 years and I loved it at first but over time the back cushions have completely lost their shape, even with weekly rotation. One major flaw is that the back filling has no type of bag or cover holding the filling together like EVERY other sofa I’ve owned where the filling is inside of a gossamer bag. With kids, washing is inevitable. After the first time I had to remove all the loose filling from the back to wash, I could never get the shape back to normal. Yes, it’s comfortable for lounging but I’m already looking to replace it because the floppy misshapen cushions make it look like it’s a 10 year old sofa.”
