Comfortable but not long lasting.

“The couch is very comfortable! However, after almost a year the fabric is pilling all over the couch. This makes the couch look old and dirty. Also, the cushions are losing their shape. I’m very very disappointed as we were told that the fabric was very durable.”

Pilling is not considered a manufacture defect and the one-year manufacture warranty along with any additional protection plans do not cover pilling. Pilling is caused by friction from use. However, I would like to provide you with information available to our customers, where they are able to order parts while still within the one-year manufacture warranty (if available); or you can contact our Consumer Affairs Department who can assist with placing this order for you, (If outside of the warranty it will be at a charge).
