DO NOT BUY THIS SECTIONAL OR ANY OTHER PEICE OF ASHLEY FURNITURE

“We bought this sectional about 8 months ago thinking it would be perfect for our family but it has only turned into a nightmare. The “armless chair” as they call it the support broke not even after a month of having it and that’s just the beginning. We have tried for 7 months to get the product repaired under Ashley’s so called “great warranty” we called them everyday for 6 months straight just to get told over and over they could not send a technician out to repair it since the serial number was missing even though it was missing when the sectional was delivered. Finally they agreed to send a technician out fast forward 7 months with a broken part the technician tells me that this is not how the factory would put it together and that it looks like a technician had worked on the armless chair before hand before we ever got it. Then he shows me what’s really holding this “armless chair” together and the support is literally held in by staples and fabric that is what keeps the cushion from sinking in. Finally our couch is getting fixed but I’m sure it’s only a matter of time till it happens again. And to mention that he stated the reason the serial number isn’t there is probably due to the fact that it wasn’t apart of this set and that it was refurbished so they took the serial number off since it didn’t match up. And also just a warning that ashley furniture does not keep the serial numbers on record in their system. I’d give it zero stars if I could.”

Beautiful Couch but Not Family Friendly

“We have had this couch in the color chalk for 5 months now. This couch is very comfortable and large for a lot of people to sit on. The fabric is very durable. We have cats and dogs and any pet hair does not get stuck in the couch fabric because it is a fake leather fabric. The reason for the 3 star review is that we were told this couch was stain resistant and that is definitely not the case. We bought this specifically for that reason and feel the salesman wasn’t completely honest with us. It is a pain to clean for small accidents and you have to take care of it immediately since it shows everything. I would recommend this if you have adults in your home but I wouldn’t recommend this for families with kids who spill things, have accidents, etc. You will spend your weekends spot cleaning this couch because the chalk color shows everything.”
