“It was love at first sight! 😍 I bought this sectional and the matching 360 swivel chair. Love them both! The cushions are firm but I don't find them too hard or uncomfortable. I'm also encouraged that they will stand the test of time and not sink in quickly like the cushions on my old couch I was replacing or another sectional I was considering buying (based on its reviews). Even though it's only a 2 piece sectional its larger than it looks. Check the measurements if you're buying this for a small space. But it was perfect for my new home and fit my style perfectly. Love this and no regrets on this purchase!”

Fabric Sheds & Not Pet Friendly

“Very comfortable, but I've had this couch for 6 months and already had to call customer support for a return. The fabric "sheds" like a new bath towel so I was having to lint roll my clothes every time I sit down. Also not pet friendly at all. The fabric "shedding" wasn't helped by the fact that my dogs think it's soft so they rub on it the same way they would any other carpet. There are already several places, mostly where we sit the most, that already look shredded and bare like an old bath towel.”

“I love my sectional. Few things I would’ve changed: not to blind order online.
Confirm what is meant by right facing vs left facing. (It isn’t as logical as you think and of course my lounger faces the wrong direction).
Legs are not as easy to attach as directions say. I’m still awaiting for them to come out to attach them.
Cushions aren’t wide as I would’ve preferred.
Pros: Great color. Thick cushions. Solid piece that doesn’t move easily.”

“This is beautiful but they are so uncomfortable!
I returned them after 24 hours. I would get home from work and would sit on my dining chair instead of the sofa which is pretty sad, you want to come home and be able to relax.
The sectional was horrible but the customer service was amazing and they came to pick it up the following day. I would recommend Ashley's just not this piece of furniture. The ottoman was nice tho. Lots of storage.”

“Terrible couch. Fabric is awful. It pills and is scratchy. Wasn’t like that in store. The corner seats sink in. The main beam broke 2 months after purchase and they would not fix or replace even though we purchased a warranty. It was made out of composite so it’s a pile. Luckily my husband is handy and was able to fix it. We have only had this a year at this point and I would prefer to burn it.”

“This couch has been nothing but problems. Within 5 months we had a huge rip in a cushion that isn’t even weight bearing and then before one year we had a seat cushion completely rip. The cushions have lost their firmness and sink and this couch is barely 2 years old.”
