Not worth the price!

“We bought this couch a year ago. Within a week one of the cushions was bulging out and a dent was left in it. In the store the cushions were firmer than whay we got. We stopped sitting on that cushion. None of the other cushions have done this. We recently went to take off the covers to wash them and realized that the broken cushion doesn't even have a zipper pull, nor is there a stop for the pull to keep it from coming off (if there were one). The material pills up. The pillows are always shedding feathers and poking you.”

“We've only had it 4 days, but we are totally in love with this sectional! It is so soft and comfortable! The generous amount of pillows that came with it is also a huge bonus. This was the most comfortable couch in the showroom and we don't regret our decision to spend a little more than we had planned. This was the perfect choice!”

Discoloration

“My husband and I purchased this sectional in January of 2023. It is so soft and comfortable and exceptionally large! It is very cozy to relax and watch TV or visit with friends. We absolutely love it. Unfortunately, the fabric has discolored from a gray to a pink, which is really strange. I believe it is from the sun. We have only had it one year. I submitted a claim and haven't heard back yet. The problem is, I want to keep it. I love it! I needed a 14-foot-long couch. Also, if they replace it, it will most likely do the same thing. You can see where the throw pillows were is not discolored. Not sure how this could get resolved. We shall see. Just beware if you have a lot of sunlight in your house where the sectional lives, it will fade! If not, enjoy! It is so cozy!!”

“We purchased this last week and we are beyond happy with our choice. Extremely comfortable, you will want to take a nap. Fabric is so cozy. Deep seats, my husband and I are both taller and we can get comfy! Plenty of room for family and friends. The couch is huge and I love that you can buy in pieces to make as small or large as you need. They also latch together at the bottom so they don’t slide out when you sit down. The ottoman is also a highly recommend. Feels like high quality. We’ve already had several compliments. This might be our go to for furniture forever. Worth the price!!”

“Love this sectional! You can play with the arrangement a bit. The cushions are super roomy, very comfortable and the material is soft. I slept on it most of my pregnancy and the first month following my C-section. Happy with how well it's held up. Can't wait to add to it.”

“The sales person made a big production of showing us the foam inside the cushions. I even took a picture of it. When I received this sectional the cushions do not feel as supportive and firm as they did in the store. I opened up the cushions and the foam is not the same. The material is already starting to look baggy because the foam is compressed. I’ve had it for one week. Don’t waste your money.”

“Floor model cushions are made with different material. Confirmed by bringing in my cushions to open and compare. Couch I received feels completely different. Store manager would not give me a break, so I lost hundreds on the restocking fee when it was returned.”

Worst Couch...Run Away

“Purchased this couch in March 2023. Within 6 months the the cushions next to the armrests were sagging in because there is no support underneath. Within a year, we actually had to put plywood under the cushions so they did not sink down towrds the arm rest and leave you sitting lopsided. They claim you can wash the back cushions, and they do unzip, but there is absoultely no inner lining inside to hold the fill. Once you unzip the ack cushions the stuffing falls all over the place and is all mishappen if you try to put it back. This was the biggest waste of $3000. I have been suffering with because it's hard to run out and purchase a new couch after two years, but this has to go and I will ever buy from Ashley again. Definitely not the same level as the one in the showroom.”

“We bought this couch 2.5 years ago. We loved it as a large family couch that everyone could use to be in on space. However we have been extremely disappointed in the cushions for the price we paid. They have very extreme sag after only moderate use. I tend to believe another review that the nice cushion you sit on in store is not what is in the product you receive. I will not be doing future shopping at Ashley Furniture.”
