“We’ve had the Carnaby sectional for about 16 months now and we absolutely hate it. It is terribly uncomfortable for lounging or anything except sitting at a 90 degree angle. The cushions have lost their shape and the sections we sit on regularly are sunken in with no repair available. We spent over $4,000 for a couch we have to replace already.”

“We have owned this couch for 18 months and it is uncomfortable now. The cushions are sunken in we are purchasing new ones. No dogs or kids just two adults using it. Choose a different couch.”

“Big and cozy. We bought this couch back in 2023, and have had zero issues. Easy to clean, we have one of those hand carpet furniture cleaners and we clean it about 3-4 times a year, ( we have two furbabies) no issues.”

“I initially loved this sectional it looked great however the cushions are horrible!!!!! The pillows pick up lint balls and I'm currently in the hunt to either replace it with a different sectional or have the cushions replaced. If this something you are planning on sitting daily don't buy....”

“We were so excited to receive this couch. However, a little over a year later, the couch has not held up well. The arms of the couch and pillows are saggy. It looks very worn. Sadly, we are already looking for a new couch.”

“Love the look and style. Many configurations to fit your needs as I only had one type of configuration it would work and it was possible. My only complaint is, you have to fluff it up after every use because the fabric and cushions look wrinkled and worn after use. I’m picky though so this might not bother everyone.”

“We bought this sectional this past March and it has been amazing!! We get nothing but compliments every time we have people over. It’s so spacious and comfortable.
Also Ashley’s has had great customer service! When this was first delivered, they accidentally sent half of the wrong couch. I didn’t notice until after they left, but they quickly set up a date to correct the mistake by sending someone out that week!!
All of this comes from my as I am laying down with my dogs on here!”

“We've had this couch for approximately 4 months and the cushions are already starting to break down. The most used cushion is noticeably flat and feels very thin. I can't picture this couch lasting longer than 1-2 years before it is completely unusable.”

“I could go on forever about this sofa! So comfy! Kid friendly, stain resistant and just amazing! I was so worried about buying a sofa and it would pile and I’ve had this for almost a year now and no piling. Fabric also held up so well. Deff would 100% recommend! I also added another seat and did not get the Chase. It just worked out that way for my living room! I can now fit so many guests!”

“Received this sectional in January 2022. Let me just say I am obsessed. It’s not to light and thank god because I have kids. The fabric so far has held up Really well. Coffee has spilled 2 times (guests) and cleaning it has been so easy with just some soap and a wet rag. I also recommend Folex! Deff would 100% recommend.”

The cushions started to show signs of wear in the cushions within 6 weeks of use. The staples are falling out of the bottom exposing the lining.

“We were SO nervous in ordering this sectional, because the lay out of our home our first couches delivered did not fit through the door. So we had to buy a sectional that way it would fit, the couch is absolutely beautiful. The color is the exact color beige i was looking for to fit in with my decor. Even the pillows, the accent grays on them is a plus. So happy with our purchase .”

“We were looking for the perfect sectional. We visited Ashley early on but weren’t in love with everything, months of searching went by and we almost went for a custom sectional from a very expensive company. We decided to revisit Ashley before dropping $7000 on a new sofa. Carnaby was right there in the entry way and CUE the love story. My son immediately climbed up to get cozy, I saw the price and compared to our measurements and realized that this was actually perfect. We ordered and ended up waiting about 15 weeks. We’ve had it about four months now and I still love it. It’s held up to the three kids well and still has the light and bright feel while also being stain resistant. Go see it in the showroom! Ask about their sales too. We did not pay the listed price here.”

We went in to Ashley and fell in love with the 5 piece Carnaby. We’ve had it for several weeks now, and we love it even more than we anticipated. It just fits so perfectly, it’s so classy that it will work in any style decor, and so far has withstood our little munchkins well!”

“We downsized to a smaller house and wanted a chaise with sofa, many we found were not exactly what we needed dimension wise or color until we found this sectional where you can buy and create your own sectional. We opted for the loveseat and chaise, the cushions are comfy without feeling “sunk” in, the color is a nice cream with little variants within the stitches for texture and it’s so soft! I love my spot on the couch now and love that once we move into a bigger place we can buy additional pieces for a larger sectional. Great product and well worth it!”

“It’s wonderful! The seat cushions are nice and firm so they’ll last a while. It’s not as light as it shows in the pictures so if you’re looking for a white to off white couch this is more of a super light taupe in person. I do have the same complaint as the others with the couch pillows. For pillows they are way too firm but all in all a great piece of living room furniture”

“This sectional is so lovely. We were looking for something pretty large to fill our living room, and comfort of course was a must. Don’t be afraid of the color, it isn’t stark white and looks lovely with any decor. We received 10 pillows that came with the sectional, and my only issue is they’re pretty stiff— which is expected of furniture pillows. Otherwise, this sectional couldn’t be more perfect! We love lounging in our living room now. We also ordered the carnaby ottoman which is pictured and love the size and feel of it too. Thanks Ashley!”

“I bought this couch in December 2023 and have been trying to get help with it since 5 days after purchase. This couch looks like it has been worn and lived in for years. I don't have small kids and only 3 adults live in the house. My 20 year old couch form STAR was in better condition than this horribly built furniture. I have defective pieces and the Protection does absolutely nothing. I have documented ALL TEXTS, PICTURES and NAMES. I donated this couch and now paying on a couch I no longer own. Maria called an told me she could not help me since it has been over a year and I no longer own it... That's fine but why could they not have helped me a year ago when I asked for it. This is my second review because my first one is nowhere on this site. ASHLEY HAS THE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE.”

“Worn and dilapidated looking after owning this couch for three months. This couch is either entirely too uncomfortable. After it is first delivered to the point my dog would not even lay on it. There is no middle ground between this couch feeling like a rock or like you are sinking into quicksand. I am wholly disappointed.”
