“This sectional does not hold up. It looks great at the beginning. The fabric pills easily. The chaise backing is not built well and broke without a couple of months. The cushion on the chaise never stays together either. Expensive for the lack of quality.”

Apprehensive break in period

“I’ve had this couch for a week and it’s incredibly hard. I feel like I’m constantly moving around on it and can’t stay in one spot for too long. I’m apprehensive about this purchase and hoping it’ll soften. The sales associate also didn’t mention the cushion filling would be just loose in there which I probably wouldn’t have bought this couch if I knew that. I’ll update my review if there are any changes but for such an expensive couch I should love it and right now I don’t.”

Comfortable Couch But Does Not Hold Up Well

“I've had this couch for 2 years now and unfortunately have to buy a new one already. We've had a lot of sagging in the couch cushions, and the zippers on the couch covers all broke. We were hopeful that it would last more then 2 years but the couch looks extremely worn, despite constantly fluffing and cleaning the couch. Pro's: it is very comfortable and the color holds up well!”

Very disappointed....

“First absolutely loved and now about 14 months in I'm so disappointed. the cushions sag and look dilapidated. Keep in mind, I am the only person that sits on this furniture and I am not a large person. By looking at the cushions you'd think that a large family sat on it every day for years..”

“After about 6 months the fabric on the cushions started to wrinkle and look warn. Around the same time we noticed the couch started creaking when we would sit down on it. Now after 1.5 years of use it sounds like it’s going to break anytime we sit down. The cushions have lost any firmness they had and sink down when in use. I never leave reviews but I’m really disappointed in this couch.”

“From someone who suffers with Degenerative Disc Disease at a young age (23) I think its safe to say for some people when it comes to sitting it can be an absolute PAIN in the back (pun 100% intended) with that said this couch is probably the most comfortable couch I’ve ever owned. It’s firm enough you don’t sink in and struggle to get out but soft enough that you aren’t sitting on a rock. And with said back issues I don’t have flare ups nearly as often with this sectional as I’ve experienced in the past with other couches 10/10 recommend!!”

Fabric on cushions wrinkles terribly

“We've had this couch for 5 months. I'm shocked how quickly the cushions look worn and wrinkled. We don't sit and watch TV more than 3 or 4 times a week. It doesn't seem like the cushions should be showing wear already! Pillows are great - firm and not mishappen. But fabric on cushions is too thin, in our opinion.”

Best couch ever - with 2 flaws

“This couch is so beautiful and comfortable! I melt into it every time I sit down. It also fits perfectly in our space. I have owned this couch for about 4 months and my only 2 complaints are that because the stuffing is soft I do have to flip the cushions and fluff them. I’ve also switched cushions from the loveseat side to the middle as we naturally sit in the middle more and those are more sunken in. My only other complaint is that there are way too many pillows that come with the couch! I am only using 3 of them right now and the rest are sitting in storage”

“We absolutely love our new sectional sofa, we’ve had it for a couple of months now and it was a good buy. I’ve been looking for a sectional for almost a year and I’ve never came across a sectional that had nice material, super comfy, very good looking, has a nice amount of space but not too big, and nicely priced. I’m so happy we bought these. From the first jump to all the naps we’ve taken, this sectional is so COMFORTABLE!! Personally the only bad thing which isn’t even bad is that it comes with too many pillows. Best sofa ever!!! Worth the price, which is very well priced.”

Perfect sofa for a casual and comfy family room

“Bought this sectional late last year and absolutely love it. The accent pillows are a bit stiff and there are almost too many for the sofa. Overall, it is very comfortable and looks great in the space. My only complaint is the fabric on the side of the couch looks a bit loose. I don't recall seeing it on the display model either. Also bought the coordinating ottoman and chair as well.”

“We have had this couch for about three weeks now (delivered 3/4 today us 3/26 - noticed wear last week) and the cushions are already starting to sink in. Yes, i sit in the same spot everyday with my newborn but 3 weeks is absurd to be seeing wear already.”

“I liked this sofa when i saw it in the store. It seemed nice and comfortable.
However, I was very disappointed when it was delivered. After only a few days after it was delivered the sit cushions started to sag.
The side cushions are unevenly filled with the stuffing. Some are overstuffed and some are under stuffed.
Overall, poorly built. I would return it ,if i could”
