“I’ve had this couch for 3 years and although it looks lovely, it’s horribly uncomfortable. I can’t sit on it long enough let alone fall asleep on it. Looking to replace the stuffing in the cushion or the whole couch itself, disappointed.”

“I bought this couch less than 6 months ago. It looks nice from afar, but when you get close you can see the horrible sagging already, especially in the middle of the chaise. Very unhappy with the quality”

“Love the look of this couch but I have the opposite issue. The chaise seat sags. It was delivered yesterday and there is a sink hole in the chaise. I feel like I bought a used couch. The love seat cushions are firm.
I’ve submitted a claim so hopefully they will replace this defective cushion.”

Love the Look, but Cushions Sag

“Love the look and size of this sectional, but the square seat cushions don’t hold up. I’ve had this sectional for five months and the cushions have been saggy since month 2. This was surprising because the model in store looked amazing and plush (and I’m assuming it’s been sat on pretty often!). Really disappointed in this purchase.”

“This sofa is offered in a right or left chaise configuration, which is great. I got the one pictured here. Color is a nice, natural linen shade. The chaise and the loveseat hook together so can be taken apart easily for moving. The quality is good and I find the couch to be comfortable. Also, and very important for me, it doesn't have any chemical smells to it.”

Terrible!

“Worse couch ever, it’s the reason why I’ll never buy Ashley again. This couch is very expensive and it’s a terrible quality, the couch cushions sank after just a few months and this couch is also uncomfortable, you can feel the wood and how hard it is when you sit on it. To top things off the warning label under the cushions stained the fabric and the cushion could now only face one way because of the stain. I would not record this couch!”

Great Look, Sagging cushions

“I purchased this sofa in March, it is now November. To say I'm disappointed is an understatement. The chaise sags terribly and it so uncomfortable now that it's sagging. I've tried flipping the cushion (even though it doesn't fit properly) I now find myself flipping the cushion every other day. Now both sides are soft and saggy. I'm truly disappointed”
