Unhappy with our first purchase at Ashley Furniture

“Within half the year It started popping and creeking when anyone sits on it the cushions are all wrinkled and sofa seats started to sink down (even small children) not to mention the color looks nothing like the picture online it looks more gray than oatmeal The cushions are quickly flattening and becoming uncomfortable. I’m extremely disappointed for our first Ashley purchase in our new home . Will be purchasing elsewhere in the future.”

“Excited when we ordered this couch and have had it for a little over a year. So far it has not held up, it’s very uncomfortable and cushions seem to be flattening out. Unfortunately, soon we will have to look for another couch. Very upsetting.”

“The couch is very noisy when sitting and getting up. The cushions flatten out almost immediately and the quality just doesn’t meet it’s price point. Very disappointed.”

Looks nice for a few months but wears out FAST

“We have had this sectional for less than 11 months. It pops and creeks when anyone sits on it (even small children). The cushions are quickly flattening and becoming uncomfortable. No way this will last through the 5 year warranty I purchased. Majorly disappointed for our first Ashley purchase. Will be purchasing elsewhere in the future.”

Disappointment

“We purchased this sectional and it was delivered to us on July 2022. Unfortunately the chaise cushion is sunken and several of the other cushions are worn. This is disappointing because when we questioned the firmness of the cushions with our sales associate, we were told these were the top of the line for firmness and stability. We do like the material and configuration of our sectional, it is just that the cushions are not holding up after only 3 years of light usage.”

“Don't waste your money: cushions fall flat and will give you back ache. Customer service won't help you find replacement parts, point being the price is absurd for what you get. I won't come back to Ashley.........”
