“This is a horrible couch that is deflated, uncomfortable, and painful to sit on after less than 6 months of ownership. Wish I just got a pottery barn couch. Customer service is disinterested in actually helping you.”

“It looks good and is comfortable, but is poorly made. The decking under the cushions separated at the seam 1 year after purchasing. I purchased the protection plan, which states it covers tears, but they rejected my claim stating the plan does not cover tears at the seam. When the decking seam tore I noticed the couch is completely hollow underneath and the frame is made from a very cheap plywood. It is not durable or recommended for a living room which is used daily.”
