“I love everything about this couch. Its comfortable and easy to clean. A year in and there is no sign of wear or tear and it is a bed for 2 100 lb German Shepherds. We recently deep cleaned it with leather safe material and it went fine. Even the divets are easy to vacuum. I love having people over and showing it off.
One con: the large cushion on the sectional part slides forward when you sit down and lean against the back. We chose to get adhesive velcro to fix this and have not had another issue but for the price it shouldn't have been a problem to begin with”

Poor Quality - Made in Vietnam

“We received 3 of 4 sections of this sofa on 05/15/24. We refused delivery on the armless loveseat due to cuts on the front of the seat & the upholstery not being attached to the underside of the piece. We received ANOTHER defective loveseat to replace the first today (05/20/24). This one was in even worse shape than the first. The back of the loveseat was warped either due to poor construction or damage during transit. There was a sharp NAIL sticking through the upholstery on the back corner. We refused delivery again, but this time the delivery driver told us he would document the damage and request a replacement, but left the defective piece with us pending replacement. Last delivery attempt, I received an immediate email acknowledgment of my refusal of the delivery. This time I received a confirmation email with a picture that looked like the delivery had gone smoothly with no problems. I immediately called/emailed/texted every contact I had for Ashley HomeStore/DSG and I am still not certain that a replacement will be sent. We shall see.
Although the quality of construction is not great, the sectional looks OK and is comfortable. If Ashley comes through with a replacement loveseat without defects, I will likely sew some velcro on the cushions to keep them from sliding around. If not, I will return the entire sectional for a refund. This is my first experience with Ashley HomeStore and will likely be my last.”

We really love this sectional

“This is actually an older model type sectional, I believe it came out in 2019? We just purchased in 2023 and this is a very comfortable sectional and plenty of elbow room, I’m not surprised people like myself are still purchasing this sectional. I would suggest you measure it all out first because it’s bigger than you think. Also, you can see in my photos that I went down to target and purchased some non slide pads to keep the cushions from sliding out and that solved that problem. We love the fact that there is plenty of clearance below to reach in or to vacuum under the sofa. It’s perfect for large groups to sit and watch movies and you can fully stretch out and lay down, it’s so roomy. You can see the truck that delivered and they were on time with no damage. You have to peel open each sofa (we had 4 pieces) and throw away the packing. Be very careful unpacking because you don’t want to use something sharp and cut into your new leather. Each sofa piece moves around easily and each piece easily snaps together, the only real work is just screw all the legs in on all four corners. Overall we rate this at 5 stars because we really love it. And I would highly recommend this sectional.”

Comfy, Durable and Beautiful - Highly Recommend

“We’ve had this sectional sofa for two years now and it still looks great. We wanted something big enough for lots of guest and durable enough for our two big labs. They jump up and down a million times a day and our younger (100+ lbs!) lab even gets zoomies that include a jump/run/spin thing that happens on this couch and it doesn’t get a scratch on it. It is so comfy and everyone who visits us alway say how much they love it. My mom is even getting ready to buy the same sofa for her house because she loves it so much.”
