My hard earned money down the drain

“I have had this sectional for two years and it’s already starting to peel on the seat cushion on the lounge part. This is very disappointing for
the money I spent. I know things don’t last forever but a new sectional every two years is not in my budget. I saved for this for two years. I’m just so upset 😭.”

Great look -- Poorly Constructed

“Beautiful sectional...though when it was delivered it was POORLY constructed and we had to send back a few times. The back of sofa did not line up, the legs were positioned wrong and there were quite a few nicks. Now that we have it and are able to "enjoy it".....we still it was poorly constructed as the seat cushions move around and are hard to keep in place.”

“This couch is huge, so roomy and comfy the minute you sit down. The leather is gorgeous and durable. I have 2 pups that love to run and jump on the back to see out the window and I have had zero scratches or any markings anywhere on the sofa. My daughter and her 2 friends can fit on the chaise, that's how roomy this thing is. Seats easily 10+.”

Great Couch, Horrible Installation

“The couch is great but having paid $399 for installation they installed it wrong. Just spent 60 minutes on chat with 4 different people (not transferred, simply switched) having to re-explain to each agent. The result is having to block off another full day to have a technician come back out over 2 weeks from today.”
