“Terrible. A couple months in piling on the cushions. Purchased a lint remover to help but came right back. Piling and fraying is terrible and not easy to clean.”

Don’t make the same mistake we did

“This is the worst couch ever. Don’t make the same mistake we did by buying it. The fabric is pulling all over every cushion, armrest, etc. The cushions are sagging and misshapen and looks older then my parents 10 year old couch.”

Pilling is not considered a manufacture defect and the one-year manufacture warranty along with any additional protection plans do not cover pilling. Pilling is caused by friction from use. We do recommend using a sweater shaver for maintenance. However, I would like to provide you with information available to our customers, where they are able to order parts while still within the one-year manufacture warranty (if available); or you can contact our Consumer Affairs Department who can assist with placing this order for you, (If outside of the warranty it will be at a charge). “Looks good but HORRIBLE QUALITY!!!! Only 1 month in and set looked 15 years old... It keeps knotting up as if I have been sitting on it a few years. Starting to look as if multiple kids play on it and it's just me and occasional guests. HUGE WASTE OF MONEY and the store will not accommodate at all...”

“We purchased this in a three piece. We loved it at first however after only having it for 4 months it looks horrible !! Pilling terrible ! Lucky for us we purchased a protection plan and the manufacturers warranty allowed us to purchase a different couch… Overall, it seems very sturdy, but the fabric is terrible. I have uploaded some photos. I can’t speak enough about how good the Ashley‘s customer care service has been !”

Do NOT Buy This Couch

“100% would NOT recommend. The couch was comfortable and looked nice at first HOWEVER about a month in the fabric started piling/fraying and has only gotten worse. I had someone from Ashley’s Furniture come out and look at it to see if they could maybe reupholstery the couch since it was only a few months old and they said that’s the fabric we bought and would have the shave the couch fibers every so often. For as much as we payed I think that is unacceptable. We have now had the couch for about 2 years, we have no kids take very well care of the couch and it looks like it is at least 10 years old. EXTREMELY disappointed and now at the point where I need to get a new couch because it looks terrible. Ashley’s Furniture needs to remove this couch from their inventory and not use these types of fabric. They should also compensate the people who bought this couch because there was no warning that this would happen. Will no longer be shopping there again.”

“When we bought this a little bit over six months ago, I remember reading the reviews and thinking "well how bad could it be? it's a popular couch and only three reviews doesn't paint the whole picture" It 100000% does. Within a week it started pilling. We immediately put couch covers on the couch when it was delivered, and less than a year later the couch looks like it's 10 years old and heavily used. A de-pilling tool barely works, and not enough to make a difference. We will not be buying from Ashley again.”

“Wish I could give this sectional less than one star! It is by far the WORST piece of furniture I have purchased. The worst thing is that Ashley as a corporation does not back their products! They talk you into a five year warranty but when you read what is covered. The material tends to frey and leave little knots it is clearly low quality material. The joke is that this flaw in the material is NOT covered under their warranty! Add insult to injury, I tried to replace the cushions and was told Ashley will no longer allow for consumers to order replacement cushions. I will NEVER purchase another product from ASHLEY! They screwed me once but never again!”
