Worst Sofa I have EVER Owned

“We purchased this sofa for ~$3,000, and within just 3 months, every cushion began pilling badly. It now looks worn and cheap—completely unacceptable for something at this price point. The only resolution offered by Ashley Furniture was a 10% refund to keep it as is. That’s insulting, considering the condition and how little time we've had it.
We now keep it covered with blankets to hide the damage and prevent it from getting worse. I’ve owned far less expensive sofas that held up far better over time. Save your money and shop elsewhere.”

“100% do NOT recommend. This couch was comfortable and looked nice at first HOWEVER about a month in the fabric started to fray and was pilling. I reached out to Ashley’s furniture and had someone come out to look at it in hopes they would do something since it was only a few months old. The person from Ashley’s Furniture stated that this is the couch we bought and that is what this fabric does. He stated we needed to get a fabric shaver and shave the couch every few months. I find this unacceptable. I should not have to shave a couch that I bought brand new. They should re cover the cushions in a different fabric or offer a return/exchange. We were not told or warned about this fabric when a salesperson showed us this couch in the store. The couch is about 2 years old and looks more than 10 years old. I now need to buy a new couch because I can’t stand how it looks. Absolutely terrible. I will no longer be shopping here after this. They need to remove this from their inventory and use a different fabric.”

“The worst furniture I've ever bought. The fabric is the worst. It pilled after a few months. Oh, and I called customer service. It was almost a year away, and they didn't do anything because the warranty was almost up”

BUYER BEWARE!! Cheap fabric /Poorly made

“Absolutely THE WORST SECTIONAL! Buyer Beware! Purchased from Frisco, Texas Location and sales rep was dishonest about the warranty (unlimited cleanings and more). This sectional is comfy and was beautiful however by 6 months, with no visitors and only 2 people in the home, the sectional looked like it was 10 years old. The fabric used is extremely cheap and started to show pill bugs, cause by pillows or anything moving against the fabric, within 2 to 3 months. I replaced the covers under the manufacturer warranty a few times with no issue. Once I had to deal with Ashley warranty , that we scammed on, they would not do anything and only offered a 100 dollar giftcard.”
