Disappointing!

“This was such a beautiful sectional when I first got it. In less than a year it looks worse than my 10 year old sofa that I gave away. The material started pilling and the side where I usually sit, has caved and it makes my back hurt. I work no less than 12 hours a day, and I am not home that much, thus, it shouldn't be sinking so much. Because of the shape of the cushion on the end of the sofa, I cannot even switch it out with the other two cushions, to at least rotate them. Disappointing!”

Looks great, but SO disappointing!

“Very disappointed in purchase, bought 7/15/23 and it is now January. As most reviews have stated, fabric is terrible, pilling and already looking worn. Most of the time, in our case, just one person using it in the evening. If I could get my money back I would, definitely not worth it and should not have purchased. This is my first time buying with Ashley. Family recommended.”

Pilling is not considered a manufacture defect and the 1-year manufacture warranty along with any additional protection plans do not cover pilling. Pilling is caused by friction from use. “For the price tag, I expected better. A couple months in and I can already see signs of piling. I live by myself, so it's just regular use from one person. Previous couch was much cheaper and lasted years without any signs of sagging.”
