“This sectional deserves no stars. It’s sad I paid all this money to be disappointed. It’s not worth a DIME!!! Ashley should be sued for selling a product that peels and gets lint balls all over it. Couch looks 10 years old. I want my money back but Ashley said there is nothing they could do. RIP OFF”

“I bought this couch less than six months ago and it looks 10 years old. It looked great in the store and was very comfortable, but the material started to look terrible within the first month. Very disappointed in the quality for the price.”

Comfy couch

“Bought this couch in September 2023, it’s a very very comfy couch. But it doesn’t wear well. With it being only 4 months old, it should still look brand new, and it doesn’t. Definitely looks like we’ve had it for a while. All of the cushions are pilling. That’s the only down fall to this couch.”

Don’t Buy!

“Don’t buy! As others have stated the cushions will start to bead up after your purchase it. We purchased the couch solution sprayed it on the couch as recommended to protect the couch from spills etc. We first thought that was the reason for the material beading up be later saw other people had the same problem. Called Ashley and informed them about it and they made it seem like the was the first they had heard of the couch doing this. Others have definitely had this problem. Don’t buy. Ashley is sending us new cushion covers but I’m sure they aren’t going to last long like the original cushion covers. It’s sad because we have always purchased Ashley furniture and loved them. It’s disappointing this set is such a let down.”
