“I totally agree with the previous comment. This sectional is terrible and looks old as if we had it for years. There are too many pillows and the fabric is dirty and you can’t clean it. Yes, the ottoman is too big to use. I wish I had never made this purchase.”

“Please don't buy this couch there are so many things wrong with it. My husband and I maybe use this couch 2 hours a day we have had it for 10 months and it looks like it is 10 years old. It's Very depressing, I sat on every couch in Ashley's with hopes of finding a Sectional that was firm and comfortable, and at first it was but now I need to do what most do with an old couch and place a board under cushions! The fabric is awful it is pilling and stretching out even though I've flipped and rotated cushions often. the chaise cushion sticks out about 3 inches past the base and you see an inch-and-a-half gap where the arm and chaise cushion should meet. As for the ottoman that I really wanted, thankfully my sister was with me and she pointed out that the ottoman was too big to use. If buying the Chase the ottoman is 42 inches and the space between the couch and the chaise is 51 inches so unless you want to crawl in and out there is no way to make it work. Now to the pillows, as they do make the Sectional look beautiful if you plan on using them you will have about 12 inches of sitting space not much room to relax on a couch therefore I have them scattered and stored throughout our home. the curved arms feel like they are made with thin plastic where the curve is you can feel it indent any time you put just the slightest pressure on them feels very cheap. I could say more but hopefully, if you read this review it will help you look at the things I did not see. I thought it was just what I was looking for but sadly I'm stuck with a couch that looks and feels old in our newly remodeled home.”
