Defective piece of the sectional

“I ordered this a year ago from a store in Ledgewood, NJ. After a couple months one side of the couch seat completely sunk a few inches. It is noticeably lower. I called the store to find out I had got insurance on the item. I called the company and they would not cover the defect not would the store in Ledgewood. Beautiful piece but mine was defective and the store would not back their products.”
